Dalton is absolutely amazing and totally knowledgeable. He was able to just look at me and know what hair color was best. I've been living in that color ever since. I will definitely be returning. He us the BEST!

Cat or Kat, I'm not sure how she's spells it, is so helpful, kind, and ready to make your day better/easier/brighter. She had the misfortune of catching me in a tough spot, but by the end of our conversation I felt so much better. She deserves all of the raises for being such a rockstar.

Stopped in today from Delaware and was very confused on how to get my hair to a bright blue color from a very dark dark and gray color. I walked around the store and found a worker and she was fixing up a makeup section but stopped in her tracks and helped me! She was so sweet and knowledgeable, such an adorable girl! I forgot her name but she was a young African American girl with long braids with butterfly bows all throughout

Love this store and the media store. Rowan is a delight and Dalton the store manager is completely amazing. Please go visit these stores! They know everything about hair and skin!

I have been a member for two years now. I have bought a lot of items in this store some very expensive. I have never returned anything except for last night when the night before I bought 3 reduced items they were around $7.00 each. I found two of them to be defective. One you couldn't even open even if you had pliers. Nail polish gel items. One was extremely oily. dripped of my nail when I tried on one finger. So when I tried to return them they told me. I could exchange one and they would refund the other. Anyhow I picked up items totaling around $11.00 and the two store employees were discussing my refund of $3.91. They were saying that can't be right we owe her.
Yes, it was right. Not even going to comment on how stupid they were being saying how they should ring one return separate and exchange the other. Anyhow when they handed me my exchange they asked me if I was going to return them tomorrow. Very rude. So sad because that was the first time in that store I was treated very poorly and it will be my last.

I stopped in the store today and it’s improved so much! The staff will help you, and you can tell the manager actually cares! 10/10 will be shopping here more.

Zinneera was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond and was by far the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Personable and knowledgeable. Amazing.

This Sally's is amazing. Their staff is very knowledgeable and kind! I drive out of my way to go here because the Eddystone location lacks in product, service, and knowledge.

The ladies were very helpful because I was clueless on what products to get. Very knowledgeable of what I needed to get the results I was looking for. The down side is it's very pricey but hey everything I needed was all there.
