Went there to return and "browse" lol. I was good guys, I didnt purchase a thing lol Lots of new fall/winter features though. Cute Hats and gloves, Dope coats that make you wish it was cold lol just to rock them -LOL and hot combat boots!! I totally forget about L&T! My mom raised me in L&T, so I shouldn't be surprised of the great selection of goodies to rock! Happy shopping!

I love this Lord & Taylor store. They have everything. But most important, I'm consistently impressed with their customer service. Every sales associate is very nice and helpful. I've had to return things a few times and even without a receipt they have given me a refund or exchanged my item for something else. This is one of the few stores that does this. The sales, especially on clothing, are amazing. There is something for everyone here. I strongly recommend this store.

There still a good amount woman clothing and jewelry and some shoes.

I sure do love this time of year! Racks and racks of clearance and last chance items. The most exciting part is at the registers, when the cashier adds on the extra coupons! Can you say Bargain! Bargain! Bargain! I love L&T. A one stop shop!

Still one of the great old line department stores. Had an after work program, left my blazer in the kitchen. Ran into L+T at lunch with 10 minutes. The mensware assistant, listened, found me a well fitting $250 blazer on sale for $75. Program saved, money saved, it's my favorite blazer. Their website is great too. Who knew that department stores are still world class. I'm thrilled!

I had a lovely shopping experience today. Multiple employees asked if I needed assistance and I scored some phenomenal deals! Plus the Lancôme counter was offering free gifts and the woman who helped me was so nice and friendly. Thank you!

Ive been shopping here since I was a little girl. Lord and Taylor has the BEST sales! Harold in shoes is great! And Lisa was friendly and extremely helpful. Thelma in jewelry really knows her stuff.

When entering Lord n Taylor I am greeted by staff. And they offer their assistance when and if needed. If that particular location doesn't have the size or color that I desire they check to see if it is possible for me to purchase it at another location. Shopping is always fun!!!😁😁

No matter how much "online" makes it easier, nothing beats attention to detail and service in the store. Very helpful without going overboard. Even found an additional 15% off the items purchased. Thank you Lord & Taylor.

Had a great buy. RL trench jacket ticket price 119.00 with store discount and family and friends coupon (at register) I paid $41.98. What a great buy!!!

60 to 80 % off everything in the store @city ave store lots of things there to get for gifts or to shop for yourself to feel better about 2020. Have a great time I did
