I had a wonderful time at Presque Isle Beach, where I thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience of walking on the smooth stone pebbles. The beach offered a serene atmosphere and a refreshing change from the typical sandy shores. The sound of the waves combined with the distinctive crunch of the pebbles underfoot created a soothing ambiance.

Perfect place… beautiful beaches … beautiful nature! Erie is a great area with lots of shopping.. lots of restaurants.. lots to do /see. The beaches are just awesome.. family friendly …. AMAZING sunsets!! Two lighthouses to visit : Presque Isle Light & North Pier Light . Campground… and a couple little places to dine at near the entrance of Presque Isle. Waldameer Park is up the hill from here. The tour of Presque Isle Lighthouse is wonderful if you can be there when it’s open … Biking /hiking … bird watching … other activities such as boat tours of the lake .. visitor center… I love Presque Isle ! What a gem .

Really great view. Kind of dumb that the lighthouse closes at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday but whatever. Was still nice to see

Very nice beach for being in Pennsylvania. The park is kept very clean along with all the beaches. There's miles to walk and explore all the beaches here. Each one is unique and has amazing views! There are also lighthouses around which are very neat to explore and also take photos of.

Wonderful park with many beaches and plenty to do for everyone. Rent a kayak, take a quick dive, spend hours angling, have a family barbecue or do a bicycle workout, there is room for every activity.
Whether you want to see just water, looking towards Canada, or keep an eye on Erie, you'll find it here.
Super clean (except for the public restrooms at the end of the day) and accessible.
It would be nice if cyclists stayed on the beautiful bicycle paths, but that's probably too much to ask.

Miles of sandy beaches. Plenty of room to lay out. Many beaches have lifeguards so swim as you please. Restrooms/ changing rooms available. Some concessions as well. Best beaches for hundreds of miles, & the best part of Erie, PA.

This is a very clean beach to bring the family too. Lifeguards on duty which is great. There are restrooms here but not anywhere to rinse the sand off your feet, at least not that I could see. Grandkids loved playing in the sand. Water wasn't too warm end of July. There are some picnic tables. Bring your chairs, blankets and enjoy the lake

Beautiful. It's almost like the ocean here except no crabs or salt water. It's a very nice beach and is maintained well. We had to come back and spend an hour before we drove home to a trip to the area!

Beaches, hiking, kayaking and biking. This park has it all. Plus the light house fishing docks, marina. So many things to do. Love it here, miss living in Erie.

Surprisingly nice sand for a lake. Very long and worth the drive to the tip. Plenty of beach room to spread out interesting scenery and views. Many activities.

Beautiful, clean beach and water, lots of fun, lived seeing the kite display, not crowed, and if you want a rocky side they have that or a more clean sand side. Very happy with my daughters first time to lake Erie.

A much bigger park than I thought with multiple parking lots for multiple beaches. It's alot like going to the ocean, but the water is fresh, not salty.
There are also several biodiverse areas and the Tom Ridge Environmental Center to explore.
The park also features two lighthouses.

Was very quiet this time of year couple other people came and went but pretty much had it to our selves. Lots of flat rocks if your kids are into skipping rocks and they also found some shells.

Beautiful beach!! I drive down from Alden, New York. It is a two and a half hour drive but we’ll worth the beaches, views. There are concessions stands, water bikes, canoeing, ferry boat rides. There is a lot to do here!!

It's one of the most fun state parks in Pennsylvania. So much to do and explore. Photo opportunities everywhere. Wildlife is in abundance if you're not afraid to get of the beaten path. Every time I make it here I find something new. Plenty of beach line for picnicking. Swimming is allowed on certain beaches only but so much more to do aside from the water. If you love the outdoors and haven't been here, plan a trip for your favorite season!

We have seen frozen rivers and lakes before, but nothing on this scale. Even the sand was frozen, and chunks of it were floating in the water! The ice gave the impression of frozen wave crests....it was just a magical place today.

Absolutely beautiful. I went in the evening during sunset. The water was so clean, the beach itself was spotless, and the view was gorgeous.
