Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The young lady at the drive-thru is very nice and gives compliments. The times I have encountered other staff they too have also been very friendly. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a nice cool cone or sundae.

One thing I wish I could change for them is the drive thru lane / have two separate exit- entrance .

Have been here the past 2 weekends and both visits the food has been hot and fresh and the service is excellent. Place is clean and small but very nice and enjoyable to eat….wish a lot more places were operating like this. Keep up the great work 👍🏻

Had a nice young girl at the window, very pleasant, fast and friendly. Asked what her name was, Cleo, she was a pleasant surprise as compared to other fast food windows

Service was quick. Food was ok. I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites. I wouldn't get them again. My son devoured chicken fingers, he would get them again. Clean and bright dining room.

Delicious explosions of flavor from not only ice cream, but burgers, too! My family and I eat there about once every other week and we've never had a problem. Even their attention to detail has been remarkable! We've had no mistakes even though the wife and kid both get special orders everytime. We do have to wait occasionally, but it has never bothered us since it's so good and it has only been for 5 minutes or so. I'm not sure about the inside since we always use the drive-thru, but the outside of the place isn't in the best shape. Someone should definitely fix their trash area since the fence around the dumpsters is literally held up with a tow strap and a couple 2x4s 🤣 With the exception of the flawed aesthetic behind the building, it's a great place with amazing food and ice cream. The wife just asked me to include that "the fish sandwich is phenomenal" as well! Good job, DQ!

Edit: they fixed their trash area within a month of my original review. I like to think I helped make that happen 😃👍

Perfect blizzards. We really enjoy this Dairy Queen. Also the service is always pleasant here.

Good place for a quick lunch

The chili cheese hotdog I ordered was intensely spectacular. The chili was nothing but amazing and well seasoned to perfection. It was served hot and the bread was soft and fresh. It’s refreshing to receive such good service and delicious food amid Covid. This experience made me think of fond memories during my younger years in the early 80’s when fast food was quality and bought an experience. I truly enjoyed every bit of it. I recommend this location highly for the taste. Kudos to Hira and a great team!

Dairy Queen is completely underrated. Their burgers are wonderful. I purchased the 1/2 lb. Burger combo with cheese curds(cheers!) and onion rings. My wife had the Drumstick blizzard. My wife is a simple burger gal, but I LOVE a big, loaded burger. I told my wife that the first bite had to get a little of everything. This bite was the epitome of happiness. It took me back to summer family bbqs. My birthday is in June, so we always had a big cookout when family lived closer. We would have our own tomatoes and lettuce, and big, sweet onions, and pickles. This burger was worthy of the Jimmy Buffet song "Cheeseburger in Paradise". Covid has been rough for us all, but this visit to Dairy Queen gave me a reason to smile. Thank you

A stylish new facility with plenty of seats and food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful with what we wanted. The atmosphere is relaxed, is bright, and you feel at ease sitting there talking with your friends. They have a wide variety of cakes, dilly bars, and cake toppings. This is probably the best DQ I have ever been to.

Dairy Queen is probably my favorite fast food chain. I think the burgers are better here than other , similarly priced places. As of January 2020, you can get combos for about $6.

Very good!! We go through the drive-thru at this DQ when in the area. Food is always good, so is the ice cream. The service is leaps and bounds better than the one in Waynesboro that we refuse to go to any longer because of horrible service. Definitely recommend this one!!

Super friendly staff! Very clean. Large take home freezer dessert section. Much larger lunch menu than other DQs in the area. Great location. Happy to have DQ back in Chambersburg. They even have candles for the ice-cream cakes they sell.

Last visit. Quick and hospitable drive thru service. Good value with chicken tenders basket. Yum.

Never have bad customer service here. Coworkers are friendly & dinning area is nice & cleaned. I always go the one on lincoln way east location.

Went with friends while visiting up there...had a HUGE...bigger than I anticipated (medium on the menu)..chocolate dipped cone...haven't had one in years...SSSSOOOOO good! Friends had a dreamcicle dipped cone and a berry blizzard....the ice cream was unbelieveable...so cold and creamy....everyone loved it! I will be back !!

This is a fresh new place for "fast food". I mean where can you get a delicious cheeseburger,(any way you want it), great fries, a fountain drink (with refills) and top it all off with a great sundae. This lady now how to merchandise.

I've always loved their ice cream and this was then first time I've ever gotten food other than that. I had their A1 burger (i believe it's only for a limited time) and it was by far the best burger at a fast food place that I have ever had!

Fast, friendly service. Clean, comfortable environment. Great selection of frozen cakes, ice cream deserts and they have a grill those seeking a good hot meal. Includes a drivethrough and is wheelchair accessable.

It's hard to find a clean fast food place with smiling employees. This place had both plus the food met the expectations
