Tre who was my sales expert was very wonderful and helped me with my needs and offered me additional items that would maybe fit my gaming needs and also helped me when I needed to fix my controller.

The employees are hands down the nicest people I've met at any Gamestop. Helpful, knowledgeable, and able to answer just about any question you may have.

Update: comment still rings true and also, can't beat $15/ year for the Pro Membership!

They have nice deals going on all the time ($5 clearance tees, etc.) and laid back but professional atmosphere.

Second update: just went for some bday shopping with my kid and the person working the store was very friendly, informed us of all the deals going on (which we took advantage of lol) - the store has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very clean making maneuvering in smaller quarters much less of an issue.

Great for gamers, Funk Pop collectors, anime and comic fans of all ages.

Great selection of games, decent pricing, and helpful, knowledgeable staff! The people here are friendly and just generally awesome, though underpaid and understaffed most days.

Went to GameStop in chambersburg today and was helped by Michael. He was very polite and informative and helpful. He took care of my store credit gear and selling me on a xbox series s. Glad there are good employees still out there who take good care of customers.

Super friendly and told me about a sale that I was eligible for with my membership. They had what I needed and the kids are happy.

They were extremely nice. Went above and beyond. I took my system in and he spent a lot of time figuring it out and making sure this 50 yr old knew how to run it. Charged me nothing. So grateful for him...i say him cuz I do forget his name. I Will update this after I find out.

Went to trade in my PS4 for store credit. I was SHOCKED to see how much I got for it. Now just waiting for GameStop to get a shipment of new PlayStation. I want to upgrade. Sadly covid has everything screwed up with new stock. Hopefully by mid November they say. But still sucks. I won't buy gaming stuff at a retail store, such as Walmart or Target because they are way over priced. So I'll be waiting patiently for GameStop restock. Happy gaming everyone!

Walked in there yesterday hoping that the store had iPods in stock. Which they didn't, but I wasn't upset. I'm pretty sure the guys name was Matthew. But he immediately offered to look it up on the computer. Needless to say I walked out of there with a smile and great customer service. He found me what I wanted and was extremely helpful and nice the entire time.

This store has a great selection of games and other products compared to the other game stores in the area. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. All 4 of my kids love video games, and this is their favorite store to hit up when they want anything game related.

Great Employees who will do all they can to help out a customer and more. Been going there for about 12 years. Never had a bad experience ever.
