I have smoked since a teenager and bought a vape a while back and used it occasionally. Well recently I bought this Vaporesso Xtra and decided to actually stop smoking cigarettes completely! Some how I've managed to go over a week now without a real cig and only smoking the vape. Neal's Tobacco & Vape has helped me tremendously between deciding the right vape or e liquid for me. They also try to be in stock with items wanted as much as possible. The Innevape's Carousel Cotton candy & SadBoy's Orphan Blood are the e-liquids I'm currently enjoying and I can adjust the nicotine level which helps quitting! Glad they managed to stay open during the pandemic and it's nice to have 2 locations near me also!

The people who run this place are very friendly and outgoing. They make you feel welcome and assist you with great customer service.

It's under new ownership, the gentlemen inside is knowledgeable and actually carries a conversation with ya. He's real AF and Im only shopping in his smoke shop from now on. Best prices in town, bought a can of butane from other smoke shops and they charged me $10+ he has butane cans, tall, fat, short starting at 3.99 and they are good quality products too. Also purchased a rig from him at 59.99 and it came with both the nail AND the herb bowl, nice to not have to spend an additional 5-10$ on the stems.

Neals is the type of place that you makes sure you are a repeat customer. From having super friendly and helpful staff to great inventory to select from. You will always find something to bring back home at this place.

Great prices and selection! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I think a couple of the other reviewers confused neals with puff n snuff... Puff n snuff has the drive up window and they work on cigarette rolling machines for free. They only charge you for the parts needed to fix it but IMO are overpriced compared to neals. Just my humble opinion.

I really enjoy this shop! It does not fall into the category as a ”head shop, but they do provide all of your tobacco, e-cigarette, vape, CBD, and an array of TONS of other needs, and fun items! There’s so much in this large store, I would be extremely surprised if you were unable to find what you are looking for, and the employees are super cool and friendly and more than willing to help you! The products are great quality, and very reasonably priced! They’ve got a little (and a lot) of just about everything depending on what you’re looking for! It’s totally worth checking out!

The shop on king st. is worthless and carries no stock and carries inferior mods if they have any mods that day.

Great vaporizer store for mods tanks and juice. Also a big selection of glass pipes silicone pipes metal pipes and bongs. All around a great store, workers a high spirited and always very nice. The only vape shop I go to.
