Great local restaurant! Friendly servers and good food!!! The biscuits are amazing and try them with apple butter!!!

Great food. Great service. Can't complain about anything. I had the Country Fried Steak with a side of baked macaroni and cheese and Hash brown casserole 😋. That was delicious. Also tried the onion rings and fries. Great food all around the table. Finished it of with some coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing. The prices were very reasonable. Will be back again to try more dishes.

Nice, cozy atmosphere. Everything was great here - the food, service and coffee. We had the Texas Mac, Haddock with green beans and slice of pecan pie. We could eat the homemade biscuits with apple butter all day! These truckers will be back.

We were out on a Sunday road trip and pulled in here at last second..lol. The place was nice and the server (Cody) was great!! Wife ordered the chopped steak with Mac. It was excellent!!! I got the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes and corn fritters both were fantastic !!! Biscuits were w great snack on way back home. Kudos to the Hickory Ridge Restaurant !!!!! Keep up the good work !!!! Will see yinz soon !!!

Just ate here with my husband for the first time as we were traveling through! Breakfast omelets were amazing! Lots of food and very affordable prices. Extremely friendly atmosphere and the waitress ,Stacy, was very kind

Excellent home cooked food in a very quiet atmosphere. The brisket and roast beef were both very good, and all of the side dishes were excellent! The service was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. If we wander by this area in the future, we will definitely stop in again.

Every staff member that we interacted with, was friendly and accommodating. We ordered the chopped sirloin and the honey fried chicken. Both were great! They make all of their sauces in-house, and the ones we tried were delicious!
My mother enjoyed her chopped sirloin with a side of steamed broccoli (which was perfectly steamed) and a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw had really good flavor, but is a course chop slaw, which is great for on bbq sandwiches (and I totally plan on coming back to try that!) Finely chopped slaw is just easier to eat for my mother.
My honey chicken was so yummy, I was almost 1/2 done when I remembered I had some honey bbq sauce to try with it! LOL
I loved that it wasn’t encased in a thick layer of guilt-ladened breading. The fine crispy coating was just right ❤
I also had the broccoli and onion rings. I think next time I will ask for the onion rings to be fried just a little lighter; they were almost overdone. Oh- and we had an order of their corn nuggets- also delicious!
AND, one more thing, they brought us a couple of freshly baked biscuits with their homemade apple butter.

Good food, they always seem to be busy and our group had a wonderful time together.

Added this restaurant to my 'Favorites' in Google Maps today. We had the Brisket and BBQ Chicken. Not too sweet, not too spicy, but LOTS of flavor. Friendly staff, and their Apple Butter changed both of our minds on what 'good' Apple Butter should be - in fact, we took a jar home.

This restaurant has a very country décor which is applied cleanly and without random junk screwed into the wall. Loved it! Will return.

Very nice place for home cooked meals. Abundant servings. Staff is friendly. Clean. Good food & service. Love their brisket & their hot roast beef sandwiches! Go here quite often.

Here from California visiting family. This place is excellent! Local grown good. It was amazing. Biscuits with apple butter……deluxe!!! Best bacon and sausage I’ve ever tasted! We’ll be back tomorrow!

This place was such a great find! I got the chicken and waffles. The waitress, Stacy, was so kind and helpful with the menu. She made the experience so enjoyable. Their crab creme soup was terrific!

Recently our travel group of 30 people stopped in at Hickory Ridge for lunch . The staff was prepared and ready for us upon our arrival. The food was delicious (meatloaf and BBQ were our popular choices) and the staff was very efficient. We really enjoyed our time there and will likely return when we're in the area again.

Hickory Ridge Restaurant is a family place where you can get a meal that will keep bringing you back for more. The service is good sometimes a little busy but not a long wait. The food is very good and I highly recommend it to all.

What a comfortable atmosphere to feel at home with your extended family, enjoying delicious old fashioned comfort food, family style, served by very friendly, attentive staff! We will be back again!

My husband and I ate lunch there yesterday. He ordered the brisket chili and I had the grilled bacon and cheese sandwich. Both of our meals came out in a timely manner and they were AMAZING! Chili made with brisket was a great idea. Our server was Daisy and she was great! We always enjoy eating at Hickory Ridge.

We had fresh good food and excellent service. The place is clean and reasonable with a generous senior menu. We will be back!
