I have long blonde hair, and I have had horrible experiences with breakage and uneven color.
Judy nailed the color, cut and style! She also did a deep conditioning treatment that made my hair feel like silk. Plus, she was a blast, caring and funny. Her prices are very reasonable. She is clearly a hidden treasure. I highly recommend her for blonde highlights/color and cut.
