Decent sale prices. Variety of clothing. Cashier was very polite & asked if we found everything we needed.

Store is great, staff is helpful, the mall needs to do a better job keeping the druggies away obviously from the picture, the place is littered with used needles

I was asked to share my feedback in a survey Which didn't let me, an associate named Nipa Who was very pleasant, helped me apply for a credit card for which i was approved
And I like that I was able to pay on that credit card right then and there I did purchase a pair of shoes I tried to pay at the shoe counter but it is not a working register. It would be nice if there were signs up saying Where working registers are located on the other hand there was a blonde haired lady working in the shoe department that just kind of watched me stand at the register for a bit i asked her if she was working she said I had to use a different register. Nipa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ blonde lady ⭐ lol

The store was a little messy but we find some amazing deals that can't be beat. My daughter got $75 men's FILA basketball sneakers on clearance for $10. Very happy with our purchase.

A JCPenney employee helped me find what I needed in 2 minutes. I had 15 minutes to shop before closing. I not only found what I needed, I purchased the item and left in 12 minutes. Very friendly and helpful associates.

Definitely my favorite department store inside the Viewmont Mall. I usually go there to buy suits and I've been getting complements on them ever since. They have a great selection of almost any item. The only downside is that department stores as a whole are going out of business and sometimes their stock Is low. Other than that, the staff is nice and helpful.

This store is massive. How massive you say? I would compare it to Walmart any day of the week. Lot of shoppers and one lane with a huge line make it easy to know where you can wait in line for an hour to pay for your items.

I love this store. Great sales great clothing. Went there school shopping for my grandson. Got a pile for 200 bucks. Always a clean store.

I wear 4X shirts and they have my size. The staff is very friendly. They're a little pricey, but it is quality clothes. Very easy to navigate the store. I would recommend JCPenney's to anyone looking to buy some clothes.
