We've been using Mervin Zimmerman to take care of our older HVAC system for years. We fired up our AC unit for the first time one warm evening and it worked fine for a couple hours, then nuthin'. Called Mervin Zimmerman and two days later technician John was at our door. We have worked with John before and he knows our old system well. He greeted our dog at the door, then went right to work. Fifteen minutes later he had us up and running again. John is super friendly & knowledgeable. We know our system will need to be replaced probably sooner than later, but we will definitely be calling Mervin Zimmerman to do the work. Two thumbs up to John and everyone at Mervin Zimmerman.

We had a great experience buying a bath tub from Bath Barn. We needed to get one quickly as we had an unexpected water damage issue in our only bathroom. Heidi was wonderful helping us pick exactly what we were hoping for and getting it ordered quickly. Cole also helped us quickly sort out an issue when the wrong tub was shipped by the supplier and was able to have have the correct tub in the following day. We would definitely recommend Bath Barn to family and friends.

Everyone was did a great job in helping with my choice for a new kitchen faucet. Installation was no problem did a good job also.

The service this company provided was incredible ! Same day installation and the service guy was wonderful... very polite & really worked the whole time he was here. We had called another installer but it would have been at least 2 weeks before they had the heater we needed. A+A+A+ in our book !

I called Mervin Zimmerman Monday morning 9/25/23 requesting service for a clogged kitchen sink/drain line. I spoke with Merle and he said he would try to get someone out later in the day, but could not promise anything. An hour or 2 later, Merle called back and said a service tech would be out in 20 - 30 minutes. WOW!
The service tech, Tom McCoy, arrived promptly 20 minutes later. Tom was friendly, skilled, persistent, and thorough. He got the drain unclogged and increased the angle of the drain line in the basement to enhance drainage. Could not be happier about my experience with Mervin Zimmerman. A big thank you to Merle and Tom for getting my kitchen back in operation so quickly

I have employed Mervin Zimmerman for both plumbing and heating in my home. They have installed and maintained a UV light and softener system for my water and a heat pump for my heating and cooling. I am confident in their abilities and appreciate their dedication to an excellent level of customer service. Their field technicians are prompt and respectful and I would highly recommend them.
