Small hole in the wall. Good food. Great service was trivia night so it was busy. Make sure you have cash cuz that's all they take. I had the pretzel roll sandwich was absolutely amazing with the killer. XXX wings I would definitely go back

I used to go to the Town Tavern regularly before 2000. I always loved their Cajun wings. The Town Tavern had won numerous awards for their wings "back in the day". Then I moved to Arizona. I have never found a wing sauce thatI liked as much as theirs, since I had not been back to North Eastern Pennsylvania in many years! I have to admit, Buffalo Wings are my favorite food! I would ask for them as a last meal if it ever came to it.

I was back to visit family and the Town Tavern was on my "must go" list. I saw some mixed reviews and I didn't know what to expect after 22 years. They did not disappoint!

Ashley was our server (and bartender) and she couldn't have been nicer to the three "strangers" who showed up in her dining room. She told me they still had the Cajun wings I loved so much. My husband had the assistance of Justin, one of the cooks, who helped him pick out a wing sauce that was just how he liked it. I actually decided on the Cajun Garlic sauce. My sister decided on a Hot Parmesan sauce. The wings came out hot, crispy and loaded with plenty of sauce.

I would highly recommend the Town Tavern for wings and also the Italian Grinder which went home to my brother-in-law. My sister is definitely planning on visiting the Town Tavern in the future and introduce the delicious food that they offer. The best part of my visit is I found out I can order the sauce and have it shipped to Arizona! I won't have to miss my Cajun wing sauce ever again!

Service was bad. I sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The bar tender favored the regulars and talked way too much while other people were waiting on drinks. She was the only bartender too. They need at least 2 during football. The good is outstanding. Best wings I ever had but from now on I'm ordering out.

I love this place, the wings are so good. Lots if sauces to choose from. We come all the time, we have actually been down 3 diff times in the past 2 weeks cause my mom is in. She loves you guys too.

Best family owned establishment in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area by far! Award winning wings are always amazing and the staff is second to none.

Probably the best, crispiest wings in NEPA. Service was excellent. Our waitress Liz was awesome today, especially with our children. All of the food was excellent.

BEST wings, hands down, no doubt about it. They’re the size of drum sticks and the flavors are powerful. If you aren’t good with spicy stuff like me, mild is where you should stay. Please don’t suffer like i did. It was the most delicious but most severe pain I’ve ever had with spicy food, and it was absolutely invigorating. You have to try this little local place!

Love this place! My only gripe would be it's kind of small and can fill up very quickly but there is obviously a reason for that! Great rotating beer selections and amazing wings! All the food we have tried has been good. The staff is friendly (for the most part) they can understandably get a little overwhelmed when the place is packed but if you are patient with them it goes a long way. The male bartender (not sure his name) is always super nice and willing to talk IPA's with my boyfriend.

Amazing Wing Cajun garlic. Got 10 then had to order 10 more. If I had to compare to the best there up there. 🥃🍺🍗🍗

Food was amazing. Family friendly atmosphere while here. Highly recommend to anyone that wants good food from a family owned business. Prices are really reasonable and the food is some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Fries, wings and pizza. The soup was outstanding as well. If your in the Duryea PA area I recommend looking them up and stopping in.

I’ve been involved in the food industry since I was a kid. Family owns a very popular Pitza place in the Hazleton area. I prefer to support family owned businesses. Look forward to returning in the future.

This was our first time stopping in and we are happy that we did. The mango habenero and sweet thai chili wings were delicious. Service was also great and the place is very clean. We will definitely be back.

Excellent wings. Probably one of the top 5 wing joints in NEPA. Caution: it is typically busy here so plan accordingly and you'll have a good experience. Lots of different (common) beers on tap to wash down those delicious wings, too. Enjoy!

Great food! Great service! Rotating food specials. Best soup. Very reasonable prices. Many TVs and bartenders have no problem changing the channel to what you want to watch.

Incredible service, wings, and beer selections. Good for the domestic beer, craft beer, and specialty beer drinkers. Plenty of TV's for game time action, and a ton of bar space. The locals are all friendly, and the bartenders enjoy recommending new beers for you to try. Aside from wings, the pizza, salads, and other finger foods are delicious. Get here early, and be sure to introduce yourself to the bartenders.

Outstanding food and service.
Wings were amazing, plenty of sauces to choose from.
Bar was crowded but bartender was dilligent, friendly, and handled the crowd with ease. Did not have to wait to get another drink she was right on thr spot.
Had a video board with the different beers available for those with adventerous beer tastes.
Place was spotless, plenty of TVs, friendly crowd.

I visit TT whenever I venture to Moosic to see my parents- they're frequent customers. The wings are our favorite- crispy, awesome sauce choices. Love those chippers and dip too. 😉 Friendly staff, love the local feel. Small place but it's clean. Great place for football and Nascar!

Great spot. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly group of regulars and some great wings. Very comfortable for a first time visit to a corner bar. Stop by. You'll be glad you did.

Great small town bar. Great atmosphere. Top notch craft selection. Dollar hotdog night? ...I ate a lot of hotdogs. Next time we're in town we'll definitely go back.

My wife and I were looking at a house nearby and the locals were welcoming and happy to talk about their town. We met a lot of really great people.

I have been here multiple times for their wings. Love them! Went there Sunday and made it as far as the parking area. It was packed!
