We had Kim, the interior designer come out to our house bc we have an odd shaped living room. She was so nice! She took measurements, gave suggestions to the couch we were looking at , and we saw her a week later at the store. She had our design in the computer with our whole living space drawn up. Kim did an amazing job coordinating everything!

I recently purchased a Lazy Boy love seat from The LazyBoy Store on Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster. I was warmly greeted and welcomed upon arriving by Cara, a sale associate. Informed her of what I was looking for at the store.
She showed me several different products that met my specifications and the selection of fabrics available. Also, I was introduced to and offered the expertise of the in house designer.
The service and guidance was professional, yet warm and engaging. Could not ask for a better experience.

We walked into the Lancaster store not knowing exactly what we wanted. Linda was SOOO helpful. She started asking me about things I hadn't even thought about. She gave suggestions but only when I asked. I'm so glad we had Linda to help us decide on 2 new recliners.

This was a terrific buying experience. There was no “hard” sell, just information shared and encouragement offered. Once I said “yes,” the sales person, Cara, not only checked on the details, she triple checked so that EVERYTHING was right. I wasn’t SOLD a couch; I BOUGHT a new couch thanks to LazyBoy’s making it happen. Can’t wait to stretch out…

My recent purchase from this store was one of the easiest and satisfying purchases i have ever made. In need of a recliner so my wife and i visited the La-Z-Boy gallery were we were greeted by a polite and friendly sales associate Anyali, who listened to my needs and quickly found several options. I was left to sample the options without feeling pressured, while Anya showed my wife other furniture opitions. The first recliner the Anya showed me was the right choice, she quickly and efficiently completed the sale. Anya then informed me to bring my vehicle to the loading area, once there i found Anya had single handedly brought the recliner ( the floor model on clearance) to the dock, dismantled it, and help me to load it into my vehicle. My wife also found an ottaman we "needed" which Anya found also on an incredible discount.
I can not express my gratitude and thanks to Anyali. My wife and i are older and dealing with a very serious medical issue, Anya was sympathetic and understanding, she is a very capable and wonderful person. Anya is a credit and an asset to the La-Z-Boy company.

It was great working with all of the professionals at La-Z-Boy. They were helpful, listened, and had good ideas. The fabric selections were wonderful. I would definitely recommend going to La-Z-Boy.

Amber (sales manager) met us at the door. I told her what we were looking for (recliners) and she led us right to it. She was very knowledgeable and discussed all of our different options, including types of fabric, color choices, power vs. manual, warranty and extended warranty options. Amber was very professional, non-pressuring and knowledgeable on the products she sells. We would definitely go back to the La-Z-Boy store in Lancaster and work with her again.

Update, we went back for a love seat and was referred to Kim, their in house designer. This was a free service as a customer of La-Z-Boy. Kim helped us put together our new addition by laying out all of our furniture needs in the room and showing us various ways to configure the pieces for best room flow. Kim was extremely helpful and actually helped us make the decision to add some extra space to the room to better accommodate what we were looking for. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

Linda helped us find the perfect living room set and gave us a great deal. Everyone is friendly and I would recommend buying furniture with them.

Mike was very helpful, willing to answer all of our question, wasn’t pushing & offered to send a designer our home to ensure we made the right decision. Kim the designer came out & didn’t disappoint.
