Picc's Ice Cream

Let me say that first of all, I'm not a huge "junk food" person to begin with.
However, this is the type of business that can change your mind.
This is by far the best place I've encountered up to this point for ice cream products, in my opinion.
They have a speedy drive-through service and a walk-up window.
There is plenty of parking and are very easy to find.
Now the best part.
They have so so many flavors of soft and hard ice cream that you can choose for any of their dishes.
Enough so that it becomes difficult to decide what you want.
They even have a doggy bowl bless them -seriously, for your fur baby.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
I've never been greated without a smile and told to enjoy my day/night
All the items are a good size at reasonable prices.
Personal note: try the strawberry sundae and their chocolate peanut butter shake, lol
They have like 2 inch thick ice cream sandwiches lol (another example)
There is so much variety that it really is terrific.
If you're in the area ,at least try them once, more than likely you'll return for more.

Great ice cream as always! The customer service is friendly and quick and the portions are all huge. There’s a great selection of flavors and the ice cream is really good quality.

Ran across this place while we were staying at a nearby VRBO. This place has some of the best ice cream we have ever eaten!! Many flavors to choose from and a very friendly staff that will let you have a couple small samples to see what you like best. If you are nearby this place, it is definitely worth the swinging by and trying them out!

Stop #2 - 1st time at Picc's and it was really good. I had Almond Joy ice cream topped with coconut, hot caramel & homemade whipped cream. Wylie had cookie monster in a waffle bowl.

Been to this location a couple times and the staff is always friendly and the ice-cream is always delicious.

I love the fact that they have a drive-thru, it makes it easier to order when I bring our 4-leg baby giant out for a treat!❤ The service is always friendly and they do their best to make it fast!

Great variety of soft or hard ice cream, yogurt, and frosty drinks. Good value. I've been her several times and the employees are very friendly.

I have never been to such a clean and friendly ice cream shop. It is such a welcoming environment and all of the workers greet me with a smile every time they see a customer. It is truly a pleasant experience every time I walk in the door. Don’t even get me started on the ice cream itself. It’s perfect. Whether you are going for something plain or exotic you will be fully satisfied. Also, I must say i’ve met the wonderful people who run the place and they were so kind and caring. Needless to say I am a lifelong customer!

One of our favorite ice cream stops!! Lots of great flavors to choose from and everything we’ve had has been delicious! The people serving are friendly and the drive-through was such a treat last year when we couldn’t go inside. To think that somebody would actually review a place negatively in the middle of a pandemic, especially the drive-through service which is actually a convenience for the customer is really sad. 5 stars from me!

Kids loved it.. service eas friendly and quick. They had a person cleaning the tables constantly as well so people could sit as they needed.

Me and my mom love ice cream and Picc’s is most definitely the best place in our area. Incredibly delicious soft serve is usually our go to but there are so many unique flavors to choose so we opted for some red velvet. Fantastic!!!! we always get ice cream sandwiches to go where they stay fresh for days until eaten. The inside is cool and refreshing, quick efficient service but above all else, it’s spotless!!!! If your in town for pizza or great Italian food definitely make this place your dessert stop!

Picc's Ice Cream is a great place to spend some time with friends or family. The ice cream is amazing, and you can get soft serve or hard scoops. Try the soft vanilla ... Hands down, the best I've tasted in a long time. We are big ice cream fans, and sitting outside of Picc's at a table watching the world drive by is a great way to enjoy it. If it's rainy or just too hot, there's a roomy and well-designed eat-in area for you and your group. Plenty if parking and easy to find.

I've lost count of how many times we have driven the 25 minutes to get Picc's ice cream. There are closer places, but not better! Their ice cream is delicious; a very high quality and servings are quite generous. The staff greets you with a friendly hello and smile when you walk in. Inside, there are granite-topped tables and comfortable chairs and padded bench to enjoy your treats. The tables, chairs, floors are all SPOTLESS. In the ice cream business, it's got to be difficult to not have stickiness everywhere, especially when children are involved. But they somehow manage to keep the shop looking and smelling wonderful. Great selection of ice creams, Italian ices and ice cream based concoctions. Even vegan, sugar-free and doggie options! They also serve all things coffee. From a regular cuppa Joe to authentic cappuccinos and espressos. They even have cold brew on tap! And it's a great tasting coffee, not the over roasted flavor and high price tag of chains. I've read some reviews that complained about having to wait. Obviously, no one enjoys standing in line. There have been plenty of times there was little or no line at all. But, I look at it this way: there's always a line at the best places. And I've noticed that the staff is very conscientious about not only getting your order correct, but allergy contamination and cleanliness. Those things might take an extra minute. But I'd rather that than quick but wrong and sloppy.

Had 2 scoops of hard ice cream (cherry vanilla & black cherry) with whipped cream it was very good. My niece had a cookies & cream milkshake which she said was very good. Reasonably priced. Definitely would go back agsin

There isn’t enough stars in the sky to rate Picc’s. If you are looking for a great overall experience, you came to the right place. Ice cream, coffee, service, vibes- All quality goods. You will never regret a trip to Picc’s Ice Cream. Never.

This place has the most amazing shakes! They even have non-dairy options for anyone that is lactose intolerant. Great people, and always busy. Definitely worth it in the end!
