Miller's Ale House

We have been here twice so far and it's always a great experience. The food is very good, prices are reasonable, and the service is nice.

The zingers are very good - definitely recommend those. And the pull apart donut dessert is amazing.

Overall, it's a solid bar like restaurant and definitely recommend going for a good meal.

Amazing!!! Our server was the absolute best. Serving a family of 6 is not easy. Our server Phoebe went above and beyond. Very attentive and sweet. Miller's really struck gold with her... I would ask for her by name for sure next time!!! Oh yeah... and the food was good too...lol

I am not big on chain restaurants, but this place with refreshing! They had an awesome bar! The husband and kids brought me here for dinner, we had the calamari (nice and crispy), warm Bavarian pretzel, onion rings, Cajun chicken pasta, burgers, and the creole mahi and shrimp. The burgers were cooked to what we wanted, medium rare. Every bite was just savory and amazing. I was so happy with how crispy the calamari was. Everything was seasoned with love. This place is a great restaurant to try out! The entire family loved all of their dishes!

I love coming here for their hamburgers! To me, they are the best! It is well-seasoned and always right-cooked, elevating the meat's taste. Give it a try for the ‘cue bacon cheeseburger, my favorite!
I also came with the family and ordered the chicken quesadilla. Just outstanding!
Don't give a 5-star because there are so many TVs that the sound is too loud.

The food here is always amazing and even when it's not they fix it immediately no hesitation. The management is pretty awesome and easy to take to when there is an issue. Serving staff here is a hit or miss and I think it's the fact of training and never did this type of work before and then you have your seasoned serving staff that always makes it worth it. Especially the radio personality of the one waiter/Bar tender. This man is amazing.

Have been to other Miller's as I travel for work. The best Sports Bar chain - lots of high quality TVs with sound on to hear Thurs. Football. Did not disappoint, 1st Service = Excellent, Katie - bartender/server a real pro, attentive, friendly, accomodating, should train others. 2nd Had Prime Burger - cook perfectly Medium- nice warm pink center, juicy, w good char on outside. Kudos to the chef. One of the top burgers anywhere with fries, broccoli 🥦, a nice side Ceasar salad, & add on fried shrimp (12 for only $3.99 - gave me 15) Like 2 meals, I hadn't eaten all day & picked the right spot. Best sports bar & restaurant in Lancaster.

The food was phenomenal and the service even better! I went with family for lunch. I had the Prime Burger and it was excellent. I love jalapenos so I couldn't resist gorging on their fried jalapenos also! Definitely worth repeat visits!

Stopped here for dinner last night after my daughter's youth soccer game. I had the chicken parmesan dinner, which was good, and my daughter ordered the kid's mac-n-cheese with fries.

The kids mac-n-cheese, is Kraft, but it is premade and in this instance it was "dry", with little to no cheese sauce. My daughter would not eat it. She is a picky eater, but I can confirm the first order of mac-n-cheese wasn't great.

What was great, was the service provided by the waiter (Mike) and the manager of the restaurant. They went to great lengths to remedy the situation, offering first to remake the mac-n-cheese, at which time they melted extra fresh cheese on top to improve it, but unfortunately my picky eater doesn't like fresh melted cheese and again refused to eat it. At that point they made her an extra order of fries, as she didn't want anything else off the menu (they had offered her anything else, but again she is picky with a very limited list of items she will eat).

The manager came out and spoke with my daughter and I, and again offered to make her anything else, but she wasn't interested.... until, they offered dessert. They made her the Pull-N-Pop donuts, which were a big hit (they are delicious), and really helped turn the whole situation into a positive experience.

We come here all the time because we love all our regular bartenders, especially Kelly! She’s attentive, kind, always remembers not only our orders but stories we tell her, what we do for work; she’s literally the best. Absolutely nothing she could do to be better! No complaints. Food and drinks are always great

Chill vibes, great food at a great price and very friendly service. Also drinks were very well made for a solid price. Definitely reccomend.

Dinner with Mom and Ed!!! Osso Buco w/ double mash and Ed got the Big Red w/ff! Service was just as good as the food!!!!

Great overall experience Tyler is a great manager and Emily was one of the best servers ever!!! We went 2 days in a row and definitely weren’t disappointed! Wonderful experience overall!

Great atmosphere. Loved the indoor/open air dining in bar area. Server we had was wonderful. Food was good and price was right. Highly recommend!

We’ve LOVED every Miller’s Ale House we’ve been to! So many choices, super delicious, and a great price! Love the add on salad for $2.59, can’t get that anywhere it seems like. Their balsamic dressing is delicious, the meatloaf, and my new favorite the mahi mahi tacos!

We really enjoyed our food and experience here. Especially loved the mac and cheese. The marinara sauce which comes with the mozarella sticks is really good. It had a little spice to it which I wasn't expecting but liked a lot. My only gripe was the music was a little loud; but I think we were sat under a speaker.

Really enjoyed my waitress, Pheobe tonight. She was so sweet and helped me figure out the best beer to drink while relaxing after a long work day. Thanks for the friendliness and hospitality, Pheobe! I had the prime rib special but the meat was tough and a lil dried out even with all the extra au jus sauce I used.

Been going here for a while and always enjoyed the food. Tonight, my Doordash didn’t get delivered from here because the dasher didn’t bring the food to me. I called and showed up before closing to get some food and they included two tubs of free ice cream for something that wasn’t their fault

We visit Miller's regularly. It is our favorite family walk destination. Our favorite thing about the location is the staff. They are all warm, welcoming and treat us like family. I wish I could give more stars for the atmosphere they all create for us!

We brought our toddler grandchildren here for lunch on a fun day trip since it was very near to one of our play destinations and after seeing online that they have a good children's menu. The atmosphere is open, rustic, and clean. The service was excellent! Eric was our server and was very kind, knowledgeable, on top of his duties, and very nice to the kids. Excellent experience and better burgers! Charbroiled, hand pattied, and delicious. The kids, who can be quite fussy with their food choices, devoured the Mac-N-Cheese and talked about it for miles afterward! Great place. Highly recommended!
