Lancaster's Furniture to Go

If I could give six stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When we stopped by the store, we had come from some other places that sold furniture (the mall, home goods) and the experiences were mediocre at best and frustrating at worst.

Right away, someone greeted us and got the vibe that we were ready to look but not to chat yet. They pointed us toward the general stuff we were looking for (everything is spread out, which made browsing more interesting, including some tailored spaces with a full compliment of realistically placed furniture) and here and there as they passed us while working, they'd comment on something we were looking at or ask a question to aim us at some other options.

Once we decided what we wanted, they measured the critical dimension of the pieces (the dimension that had to fit through the door) and we went home to measure it and confirm they could be delivered. Once we did, we called the store the same day, and they took our final order over the phone and emailed us copies of the receipts and work orders.

The first delivery was rescheduled due to snow, and they called us promptly at 9am that day to let us know we needed to reschedule. When they did finally make the delivery, they confirmed in advance with a call that we were ready to take the order. The guys who delivered the pieces were friendly, fast, and didn't damage the furniture at all as they brought it inside and placed them where we wanted them. They assembled the bits they needed to, I signed the work order, and they were done in less than 30 minutes. They'd have been even faster if we hadn't been chatting along the way.

TL:DR,

Courteous and accommodating staff, no sales pressure at all, attential to detail to avoid complications, prompt delivery with friendly staff. My wife said it was maybe the best shopping experience she's ever had for big ticket items like furniture. Excellent selection, comfortable store to walk through, pleasant atmosphere. 11/10

I have already bought a pair of leather couches and are my favorite and got a unbelievable deal. Just purchased a recliner to match the couches. Great service and they guys that loaded me up.

One of the better furniture stores my fiance and I have shopped at. They have a mom-and-pop feel but with a huge selection and low prices. The furniture we wanted needed to be ordered and it came in when they said it would (just under a 2 week wait). We opted for pickup so we couldn't gauge the experience for delivery. The owner was out on the floor and behind the counter working. He's super nice and down to earth. One important thing to note is that there is no sales pressure! Someone isn't jumping down your throat the whole time as soon as you walk through the door. It was a very no-hassle kind of experience.

Couldn’t be happier on our purchase at “Furniture 2 Go”!! The staff was kind and professional and gave us room to explore by ourselves and when ready was very helpful in the purchase of our sectional and recliner chair. The delivery fellas were top notch!! Professional, timely, polite, and very cautious for our furniture and walls. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! All of our purchases will be from them for as long as they remain in business!!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of bunk beds with trundle. Had a terrible experience with another company but thankfully my purchase elsewhere fell through and I found something better here. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone went upstairs and downstairs multiple times to give me details and sizes of different beds. They were extremely helpful and kind.

Austin was very helpful with showing us various options for a recliner sofa. My husband is a big man so finding furniture that is comfortable and will hold up is always a challenge. Austin directed us to what he has in his home and it fit perfect. Great experience so far.

The store was clean and organized and we were greeted warmly upon entry. There were no pushy sales tactics like I’ve experienced in other furniture stores. Jay was very pleasant to work with and made ordering what we wanted very easy. Prices are great and I’ll definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future.

What an incredible experience shopping with a family owned business is, versus the big box stores I initially went to!
I called and spoke to Jenny, to ensure they had what I needed (plenty of stock to choose from, I had choices!)
I quickly decided to run into the store, and Jay was there waiting with a bedroom set pulled up, that I had been interested in.
I was under a time crunch that day-I had 45 minutes to pick something out, before I had to leave-I had spent the past week checking out the other local offerings (frustrating experience), and knew exactly what I needed.
Jay showed me an example of the one set I was interested in, when I spotted another set that fit my criteria, on the floor.
Not only did I save $100’s versus the other local stores that I had priced, but Furniture to Go, loaded it up right then and there, and delivered it immediately! Literally furniture to go, I was ecstatic.
It is a beautiful thing, giving your business to a local establishment, saving money, and getting unparalleled, professional, kind and understanding service.
Frankly, it was one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had purchasing something.
Jenny, Jay and crew were 50’s style service, with more than competitive pricing, and none of the frustration I dealt with at other, local, big box style furniture stores.

Sales man John was very helpful and was not rushing me or even pressuring me to buy . He gave explain to me my options and then let me see and decide calmly. Very awesome customer service !

Quick and economical! Got our sofa in picked, paid for, and loaded in less than an hour. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We just bought a large sectional from here and we love it! The employees were great giving us space to shop and then asking if we needed help. Our estimated time was in September but it was delivered today! The men that dropped it off were so gracious to wait while I was trying to get home. We will be going back soon for another couch.

After dragging my husband to store after store, talking to countless salesmen and getting quotes on couches we came across Lancaster’s Furniture To Go. John greeted us and pointed us to the sofas. I immediately found the sofa I had been searching for AND end tables that were perfect. John was available to answer all my questions, but there was never any pressure. The best surprise was when he told us the warranty was included in the price and their price beat everyone else’s! This will be our furniture store going forward!

We were searching for a new sectional and we stopped in to look at some. I was greeted right away and shown sectionals in my price range. We fell in love with one and bought it. We picked it up the same week no problem! Customer service was excellent, and they have an amazing selection of furniture.

Excellent customer service. We bought a 5 piece table set in gray. When we got home and opened it and it was black. I called the store at noon on Monday. They said they would be happy to exchange it. I explained that we lived an hour away. They called back and said they would be at my house in two hours to deliver the right one and pick up the wrong one. I haven’t witnessed customer service like this in years! Top notch!
