Food was good overall, had the bolognese spaghetti, which had good flavor, and helping size was decent, but was a bit watery unfortunately. Their food menu changes all the time, and they do fresh food that is locally sourced. The service was great, and so was the atmosphere, nice inside, kitchen is completely surrounded by glass and can be watched from the tables which is really neat. This is located within the hotel but does have an outside entrance from the street. I do plan on coming back to try a few more things.

Inside the Marriott is a beautiful bar/ restaurant. We made Anniversary Dinner reservations here. We delighted. The ambiance was elegant. We were seated at a quiet booth with Jenny as our server. She was very attentive and really catered to us and our needs. Everything was delicious from soup to nuts. Their food is very tasty and so are their desserts. We will definitely be back!

Went back tonight, and it was even better than the last time. This time, we had Alana as our server. She was just as great as our last server, but even better. Can't wait to go back again.

We came here after a theater play. The place was very accommodating with our time since we came here at 5:00 p.m.. Funny thing is they did not have hot chocolate available but the wonderful waitress said that she didn't have it available but she could make an accommodation a d get it from Starbucks.

Anyway, our waitress and the nice gentlemen serving the table next to us, We're outstanding. They were very friendly and came around a lot.

Surprisingly, they had a lot of time for us even though a big party was on the other side. Moreover, the food was very good between the hamburger and the broccoli and pasta.

The inside has a very modern feel and feeling very cozy.

We had a lovely time at Plough. Our server L was super attentive and very willing to explain anything we asked. L even knew how they made the popcorn ice cream! Our food was excellent starting with the shareable Central Market Cheese Plate. We were able to try foods new to us and find we liked them, including popcorn ice cream. The meal was paced very nicely so that we could enjoy each part and then rest for a bit before the next part. We definitely plan on returning.

Conveniently located in the Marriott at Penn Square. There is a multi level county parking garage rear of the hotel, rate is per hour or overnight. Entrance to the garage is on S Christian St., just past the intersection with E King Street. Drive slow the entrance ramp is tight! The parking garage has plenty of handicap parking slots and is handicap friendly ADA compliant.
This is a upscale, casual wear suggested restaurant, reservations recommended. If you have to wait, the hostess will text you when a table is available so you can have drinks at the bar or enjoy Penn Square.
The staff are friendly and very professional. My waiter Aron, was very familiar with the drinks and menu and provided excellent service.
The atomsphere in the restaurant area was comfortable and cozy and definitely good for a romantic night out.
The bar area is comfortable, completely separate from the restaurant with a seating area. The bar has it's own dedicated menu as well as everything you come expect at a upscale establishment. The atomsphere is comfortable and professional, not loud and distracting.
Finally we come to the food which was absolutely fantastic! I absolutely enjoyed and recomend the Plough Focaccia small plate! It's four slices with a awesome spread, perfect for two. The Plough Burger and the Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop was outstanding. The portion sizes are large and you may not have room for desert, I didn't.
I did not sit at bar, have a drink or desert.
I rarely rate 5 stars. Service, atomsphere and the food was all outstanding and location fantastic.
Enjoy.
Everyone has their own experiences and opinions and this one is mine.
Respectfully

Enjoyed early cocktails and watching the horse race in the bar. Friendly staff, snacks were pretty good. Fun group of people at the bar. Enjoyed our visit!

I had a wonderful meal last night. The entree I had last night is now my favorite chicken dish from a restaurant and the charcuterie was very nicely thought through. The cheese selections were all delicious. The staff was great at explaining the menu. I'm really impressed by the Chef, kitchen and staff. Great work!

Plough is a family favorite of our’s when we visit downtown Lancaster! The atmosphere is relaxing and makes for a great meal. The service is always great. And lastly, the food is always delicious and prepared so well. Our go-to favorite is the Plough burger with their chili flake seasoned fries, but all of their food is delicious!

Great spot! Was fortunate enought to visit during restaurant week and tried their special 4 course meal. Every course was stunning. Didn't expect to like the BBQ carrots, but they were delicious! Tried the BBQ pork entree for that course, and again- just blown away by the flavors. Our server Lindsey was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The way to get our food was very very long. Like, probably half an hour to an hour long. However, the food was very delicious and honestly it was worth it. My friend said he had the best scallops he’s ever had and the bowl I got was honestly really really good too.

The Maître D' was also great. Which added quite a bit about random topics like food and war lol. honestly, quite a good experience, and the bar was nice too.

Went here for a date night with my husband. We made reservations for 7:15 on a Friday but it was mostly empty except for the bar. The restaurant is in the Marriott so they seemed to be hotel guests. My only reason for taking one star away from the Atmosphere is the bar crowd since they were loud and right next to our table. We were waited on by Elle who was wonderful! She was courteous, attentive, very informed on the menu items including substitutions and wait times for each item. We ordered the berry refresher, asparagus with porky belly, lamb ragu and chicken with lentils. The food was quick to arrive and absolutely delicious. I would say the lamb ragu is very rich and enough for two but the chicken is just right for one person. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Mother's Day dinner out with the family and we all left with full bellies, wide smiles, and a satisfied smile on our collective faces. The brussel sprouts appetizer was a nice combination of savory, sweet, and umami. My burger was perfectly pink with a good meat to bun ratio. Even the pickiest eater of the group ate every bite of her braised pork papardelle. In all I would recommend a visit here for dinner, I don't think you'd leave disappointed. I may even have to return for a lunch visit or three just to try out some of the delicious sounding lunch menu items!

AMAZING. The quality for the price is OUTSTANDING. The service is top notch and not pretentious. The food and the cocktails exceed every expection. The chefs and bartenders are creative but know how to highlight natural flavour profiles.
This place is heaven. Can't wait to come back.

The food was very good. The short ribs were amazing.......very flavorful. The blue crab bisque was interesting. It was very thin and very fishy smelling. It taste okay but not something I would order again. Overall, I would definitely go back to try other dishes.

Located in the Marriott, the restaurant was busy, but not overly crowded. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The food was prepared as ordered, and arrived promptly.

Amazing place! The food was incredible and our waiter was super attentive. We told him it was our two year anniversary and he gave us two glasses of champagne on the house. Honestly, we came here because the place we were planning on going had a long wait. A happy accident and we are so glad we got to try this great new restaurant. We will definitely be back next time we are in Lancaster!
