I can't say enough about the service we receive every time we bring our car to this Mavis Tire Center. Whether we have made an appointment ahead of time or if we've had an emergency, the services we have received have been superior! Friendly, knowledgeable, quick service... every time!! Thank you Pablo, Neil and Jeremy for making our most recent visit go smoothly!

Store 1372 Dickson City- vehicle inspection work. Fully satisfied with every aspect of my experience at the shop today. Steve handled most of the face to face interactions, as well as the relevant phone calls- upfront about pricing and services, about what my vehicle needed and how long the service would take. Prompt attention was given, all repairs were fully explained with documentation, friendly and welcoming staff. Had all the work done in a few hours, was an easy and smooth transaction from start to finish, couldn’t be happier. Recommendations on what might need to be addressed in the future, price matching for tires, reasonable expectations on pricing and overall a professional, courteous and appreciative business environment. Will be back for future vehicle-related needs.

I heard a rattle while driving around in my 2017 Ford F-150. I took a chance and stopped at Mavis Tire in Dickson City with no appointment to see if they would have time to look at it. They immediately got me in, no wait time at all! Within a few minutes they were able to locate the rattle and repair the problem. Their employees are both friendly and knowledgeable!

We ran into some car trouble while traveling. We stopped at the first two service centers we found and both said we could wait around for hours and "possibly" get looked at before closing. Then we found this Mavis location. They brought the car in immediately and found the problem. We're grateful for this location's friendly, honest, and helpful staff.

I had the best customer service of my entire life. Jon, Neil, and Brendan treated me like family. I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond for me. I’ll always go here. I highly recommend the Dickson City PA location to everyone. 10/10

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a car repair shop. I plan on exclusively doing business from here on out! I came in off the road on a Friday afternoon when I noticed my headlight went out, and everyone in the shop was happy to take me in immediately and even helped me with some other overdue repairs that I'd been putting off (they asked first, didn't force me to get extra repairs or anything!) and I felt so cared for! Thank you for listening to my needs and giving me and my car the care and attention that made us feel so appreciated :) I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for car repairs and maintenance

The guys at Mavis are always good to me. I have gotten tires for my truck, wheel alignments, valve sensor replacements on my car and had a check up before going on a trip. I had family go there as well. I trust there work and honesty. Very straight forward with no surprises. Thank you.

John, Pablo, and the rest of the crew were nothing but courteous, kind, patient, succinct, and GENEROUS. I explained I’m in a rather vulnerable position due to a recent accident, and they took their time to explain everything I needed, the things they suggested, and their pricing. Low pressure, high compassion, and the best prices in the area.

Best Mavis around this area. I take my girlfriends car here to get work done and also her friends as well. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. The mechanic Jeremy is a great worker and knows what he's doing. Pablo is an amazing boss and knows what he's talking about. Great service and even harder workers. Ofc I'm there everyday it's a wonderful place to be.

I had a problem on a Sunday right before I was to leave for Connecticut. I was missing a tire nut and was concerned about driving 3 hours without it. I was recommended by Advanced Auto in Carbondale to go to Mavis on the Scranton Carbondale highway. The employees are amazing here they were so kind and efficient and were able to replace the tire nut and tighten the others. I was back on the highway in about 5 minutes.

I showed up at 8 AM right as Mavis opened and I was able to be helped right away. The staff (Neil) was very knowledgeable and helped me out quickly, I was in and out within a half hour. Highly recommend.

Palo and his team helped me after another local company had taken advantage of me. The professionalism and transparency was top-notch. I was a Firestone guy. Now, I'm a Mavis Man.

I arrived at Mavis at 5:30 because I had a nail in one of my tires. They were able to take me right in despite that they closed at 6:00. They repaired the tire in less than 30.minutes. Staff was extremely friendly.

Super service at Mavis again! Came to get my battery checked. They checked it in less than 10 minutes, showed me the results and changed the battery immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

This tire shop is all that and a bag of chips. Top notch staff who are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Priced right for a working man’s budget too. Neil is the “man”!!

We buy all of our tires here and inspections for 3 vehicles. Excellent prices! Absolutely THE best customer service and technicians in NEPA. They always fit me in if I have an issue that I need checked out. They are professional and trustworthy.

Mavis has been great to me every visit no problems very professional will always continue to go to mavis for all of my tires or maintenance work!

Noah and Joe were amazing. Noah's knowledge in the industry absolutely caught me off guard. Aside from, I thought all my tires needed to be changed and he corrected me and was real with me about it.
