Hartz Physical Therapy - Ephrata

I am very pleased with all of the support and exercises provided by Hartz Physical Therapy. Over the past 8 weeks, Lori and Dave have helped me recover from knee surgery, answered my questions and concerns, and guided me in reaching my goals and making adjustments where needed. I feel they listened to me and heard my personal goals and met me where I was at physically so I could grow and be challenged. I would definitely recommend them. They were always friendly and positive - and a nice "community" of support to visit.

Hartz Physical Therapy of Ephrata exceeds my expectations each time I have need of their services. I am currently receiving therapy and David Snyder & Lori Herr are very attentive to discomfort and improvements. Their encouragement, observations and home exercises are specific to the need of each patient.

I went to Hartz, because I have always heard good things about owner, Brian, and how he helps out the community and is good to his staff. I was impressed with David Snyder, my PT, who is extremely knowledgeable and listened to my feedback from each visit, and tailored a program to fit my unique situation. The staff at Hartz are friendly and committed to your care and recovery. Dave Snyder created a plan of in-office and at-home exercises that enabled me to strengthen my ankle and resume the activities I enjoy, pain free.
The staff are creative in building treatment strategies and meeting the patients recovery goals.

Both David and Lori were excellent therapist. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole team was. I enjoyed providing humor to the team. I think you should hang a sign on the wall stating. THERE NO WINING & COMPLAINING AT PT. GET R DONE.

Dani and Brooke were my therapists for about 2 months and helped me take huge strides in recovering from an ACL and meniscus tear. As a division one athlete being pushed to my limits was my goal for therapy after my injury and they certainly helped me achieve that! I can’t thank them enough.

Dave Snyder at Hartz has been fantastic to work with.! He's very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He really listens, and consistantly makes adjustments to my care plan as needed. I will certainly use Hartz for all of my future PT needs!

David and Lori were amazing at fixing all the dizziness I was experiencing. I had lots and lots of exercises to do, but it was totally worth it even how severe my concussion was it only took two months to get rid of the dizziness.

The team of Hartz PT is wonderful! I had an opportunity to work with Danielle who is very warm, professional and knowledgeable.
