Chili's Grill & Bar

We have been to this location numerous times and normally have good experiences! The food is delicious and well made, drinks are good, waiters are friendly, and service is usually pretty quick! Just note that it can get pretty busy during peak times during the weekend, etc., so be prepared if there's a wait.

But overall, it's a great place with decent deals / prices, and definitely recommend it.

The food is very good, I've had their burgers, chicken crispers, pasta and ribs, chips and queso. All of which were great and cooked perfectly. My favorites are the chicken crispers and the burgers. Highly recommend either one. The serving sizes and menu options are great. They are priced fairly compared to other places, good kids meals. Service has been fantastic and the people in managment are extremely nice. This is a great place to come overall for good food and drinks. It's not fancy by any way shape or form but is just overall good experience every time.

My name is Francisco I went there on Thursday with my wife and kids. It was my first time there. It was great, I had a server named Megan. I didn't tell her how i liked my burger but she brought it back great well done just how I like it. The food was very great. I will be back sometime soon. I recommend people go here.

It's chili's. Not the best food I've had. However I enjoy the nachos. Our food came our hot. Server was fine. Very attentive, and the restaurant is clean. Can't beat that!!

Food was superb. Service was fast and friendly. Waitress attentive and aware. Drinks served STRONG! I'm a drinker and only needed 1 henny margarita! GREAT experience as I am traveling from Charlotte for an AAU basketball tournament. ALL 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My son loves this restaurant! He always wants to go! We've never had a bad experience, it's always a good meal.. We really love the server Taylor! She's the best!

Went on a Saturday night and was seated quickly. Server Aaron was absolutely spectacular. Food is always great and the service is awesome.

That was seriously some of the absolute best food I've had in a long time!! I got the chicken taco meal, and it did not disappoint! They were made perfectly, it was the perfect portion, staff was friendly and on top of everything in a timely manner. Not to mention for a family of 4 we would paid about $55, so compared to other restaurants was definitely decently priced. Also there were so many options on the children's menu that made it so easy for even my pickiest child to decide! We will definitely be coming back soon!

I went in today to order carry out. I paid with gift cards. I got a little mixed up with the totals on the cards and final payment. Miccah was very patient during the transaction...it didn't go smoothly. Some my fault and some the card readers fault. Either way, he was professional throughout the entire closing of the check. As a KM, and former ChiliHead (15 years), I wanted to recognize his excellent customer service.

Well we did not have intentions of eating in, we really liked the interior(is schedule to open officially 06/16/21 for in store dining).. It's cozy and clean.now big shout-out to René and please give the cook's my appreciation super delicious(margarita chicken!!!)we both are very pleased and satisfied thanks. Definitely we will become regulars

The parking lot was full, but we were seated right away. The food was quick once we placed the order. We will be back again, waitress was friendly.

Service here today was pretty great and my server Genesis was very attentive and would love to have someone like her all the time!!

As an award winning chef, I can’t begin to say what a gem this is, Go ahead and read every chain restaurants reviews practically state wide and you’ll be lucky to find anything that even comes up to the shoelaces of this establishment and after today, I think I’ve found out why….

When We picked this and entered, We we’re met by the fabulously polite Natalie, And Her Very Organized and Professional Manager Harry, We told him we picked this place specifically because we like to travel with Our Dogs and even though we live closely we never thought of Chili’s as a spot where you can see A clear view of pretty much 80% of the parking lot from the interior seating, When we arrived there was already a line (there always seems to be a full house but a limited wait Here every time we’ve driven by now o know why it’s Harry’s Excellent time management, organization, and Superior managerial skills that makes for a Customer experience that won’t just meet, but Will far exceed your customer expectations) I saw a booth that would be perfect for the view of Our Large locked van with the pups inside, we would have a clear view of them the entire time, He said He would still have to put us on the list in line and order but would save that seat for us so we could peacefully rest assured we could enjoy eating there while not having to worry about the line of sight with Our Dogs, He was exceptional on every sense of the word and likely will be the reason why we feel confident in our hopes to return many many times, Next, We we’re greeted by Cole our server who was very kind and didn’t leave us needing for anything, I have to say Damian however really should be a server also, While He seemed to take on a Helper Role, He was a bright star in this experience, He smiled a lot and had a great kindness about him that I feel would reward future guests and put someone like him who deserves every opportunity or promotion a company can give someone as friendly and attentive as Him a best possible career path forward that He clearly deserves, He was so personable, friendly, and Had refills on seconds and wanted to make sure everything exceeded our hopes for our visit and they did Damian was really exceptional also and I really believe He Should be a server, because the guests experience would benefit, plus, I don’t know what He makes but with a personality as great as that, He would make a Solid living serving because We would’ve happily given him Half if not all of the fifteen dollars tip we left because He was Awesome

Speaking of awesome, Let’s talk food, The fajitas seemed to be what everyone was ordering now I see why, I must’ve seen twenty plates from the kitchen come sizzling by, they’re a spectacle and people love em’ that’s why they’re usually so popular, Not Here, Here they’re popular because they are Lick the plate clean good, I’m embarrassed to say that in a review but usually by the time one, let alone three proteins make it to a table for fajitas they’re blown and far past their prime, Not Here, each Was as perfectly executed as the other, The shrimp were so succulent the steak juicy and seemed as tender as if it were butter poached, and that chicken, it was so tender I don’t know what was left Holding it together, Chili’s could seriously save a lot of money and just become a fajita place because I always say even if you do one thing we’ll you could have a very successful business and they do everything well Here, every single component from Prep cook to finished product on the plate was made as if it were lovingly attended to in the hopes it would speak for the excellence of a trained professionals behalf, I Thoroughly enjoyed my five star visit and know you will too so put the phone down, pick up the keys and get over to Chilis on Manheim Pike ASAP Because you don’t know what you’re missing until you’re like me at almost ten o’clock at night and craving those fajitas again!

Food and service was amazing! Very busy place on the weekend, but didnt have to wait super long for a table.

The service in this place is always great, and the chicken and waffles with honey Chipotle sauce are great!

We went to Chili's to celebrate my son's birthday and our server was the best. Her recommendations were spot on and as soon as my son excused himself from the table to wash his hands she was there to offer dessert. I am sure if we would have said yes she would have included a song. I can't remember her name for that I am sorry, but she did have pink hair and a great personality. I think sometimes we take these great servers for granted when we are dining out... Good stuff Chili's!
