We had the absolute best experience! My 21 year old engagement ring broke and another store said it could not be repaired. I'm super sentimental and wanted my ring not a new one. Zales repaired the ring for less than we thought it would cost and gave a lifetime warranty on it! We will NEVER go anywhere else! The people were professional and kind! The service was outstanding! And the repair made my ring look brand new!

This was our first purchase with Zales but I know it won't be our last. Chris was a huge help. She spent over an hour helping us find the perfect gift for my wife!

I always go to this Zales for all my jewelry needs. I recently got engaged and Chris was so helpful helping my fiancé pick out the perfect ring. When we were shopping for my wedding band I wasn’t 100% sure on what I wanted and Chris was so helpful even with all my indecisiveness. Highly recommend booking an appointment at one of their diamond events! They never disappoint at the Grove City location!

Bill was great. He showed me exactly what I said I was looking for and I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. The longest part was waiting for paperwork to be completed. 10/10 recommend. Great sale also!

Walked into the store expected to be hounded by sales people like usual. This experience was far from that!!! We walked in and said we were only looking. After a few minutes of us browsing, salesman came over and asked if we needed help. After looking at a few ring and giving him ideas of what we were looking for, he pointed us in a few different directions. The first was 5Xs higher than what I really wanted to pay. He asked me what my price point was and I told him a ball park figure. Sure enough, he found the perfect ring for us. All said and done, out the door price was literally $4.00 over my ball park budget. Thank you soooo much, it was a great shopping experience, no pressure at all, and bought exactly what we were looking for. Thanks again!!!

Every visit is a wonderful experience! As an avid shopper it's wonderful when you find a store where you feel welcomed and appreciated. Many of my jewelry pieces have come from this location and I never hesitate to go back to find new treasures.

I would like the world to know how amazing Bill is who works at this location. I stopped in on a random trip to get my ring cleaned an inspected. I had gone through several ups and downs with my wedding rings through another Zales after it had been damaged during a resize and had to replaced. Needless to say, I am very protective of my rings and worry something will happen to them all the time. So on that day, I show up and while my ring is being cleaned it was discovered by Bill that the original Zales I ordered my ring from failed to issue me a diamond warranty and only my metal work was covered. I was shocked and surprised since some of the issues I had with my original ring was stones falling out after it was damaged being resized. I was afraid that should this one lose any I would now be left with a ring I couldn't get fixed. Bill was kind enough to make sure that my ring was in perfect condition and was able to get me the warranty that was missing. I was very happy and thankful for Bill to not only take the time to help me but to get something I was not even aware of fixed. My husband and I will gladly drive the extra miles to visit this location again.

Even with poor reviews, I chose this store due to location. Bill spoke to me on the phone and was professional, polite, and very willing to assist in several ways. I showed up later, later than agreed, Bill was extremely polite and professional and ensured I left the store a satisfied customer. Not all employees at this location are poor representatives. Go see Bill!! I'll shop here again.
