A big shout out to Joseph Capuano from Deihls at the Massillon Ohio store for taking care of me from beginning to end! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted! He found the exact truck that I wanted and met me in Grove City Pennsylvania at their other store where the truck was at. He stayed in Pa with me through the whole process making sure it was all taken care of properly. Josh and the finance gentleman at the Pa store was also awesome, I can't thank Joseph Capuano enough for going out of his way to help me from beginning to end! I will definitely buy at Diehls again and will also have my family and friends buy there also. What a great smooth experience!

We have purchased our last 7 vehicles from Diehl Automotive. The Sales people are great. Well informed and very helpful. The Finance people are very helpful and efficient. The Service department is great also. Efficient and we don’t spend a lot of time waiting for our vehicle.

My service experience went smoothly, my care had a misfire issue that the service advised communicated clearly to me what the concern was and my technician advised me the next step for maintenance. I was greatful to be treated with such concern and expert advice for the future of me and my cars well being.

I came in during the blizzard the Friday before Christmas. We were the only customers there most of the day. Everyone in the place made us feel like family. They even shared their Christmas party food with us. We test drove 2 vehicles and walked away with a brand new Willys wrangler and I have never been more excited about a vehicle in my life. After having a negative experience with another dealer, I called Diehl and spoke with Vince, with a very enthusiastic and positive attitude we decided to head over at about 4:00 and We were paired with Ron. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service, the entire team was full of friendly attitudes, he was even great with our kids and stayed passed 6:00 to make it happen. The truck got transferred from another DIEHL location and they got the truck detailed inspected and ready to roll for when my husband got off. My son was traveling with a trailer. His one year old truck went into limp mode because of a bad oil pressure switch. They took him in as an emergency type situation. They got the part from another dealer, installed, and got him back on the road in hours. I can say from first hand knowledge the local Pittsburgh Chevy dealers do not go above and beyond like this. They dont even care to treat you right here. Thank you for the great service you offered my son.

I bought a car from Deihls this week and Mike Cramer was fantastic! He was very helpful in helping me find a car I love. When the car arrived he was very detailed showing me all the features in my car and getting it set up to best suit my daily use.

Aaron M. Is an excellent salesman. He came in on his day off had all the paperwork in order and the truck was filled and clean. I live 4.5 hours away and his communication and knowledge of the truck was above my expectations. Everyone I saw greeted me and was extremely nice. My first brand new truck purchase couldn’t have went any smoother. He even checked to see how the ride home was.

Salesman Mike Cramer is excellent !!! If you are looking for a car or trucks hes the man you want to see. Ordered my Chevy sliverado ZR2. He kept me updated on the process, my build updates etc. Truck was dilvered and process was quick and easy. Several dealerships wanted over msrp for a new ZR2 and would not accept GM discount. Mike gladly honored GM discount and the truck was Mint!!

Skip was fantastic. I found a car in you inventory that matched what I was looking to order (without the 6 month delay). Since I live out of state, and was not financing I needed the bottom-line numbers ahead of time. I let Skip know the discounts I qualified for, and he found an additional rebate or 2 that I wasn’t aware of. Between him and Toni I had an agreeable purchase order in my email same day. No hassle, no back and forth, and a very fair price. Pleasure doing business with Deihl and Skip, and worth the 5-hour one way drive.

I can not thank this dealership enough!! I drove an hour and a half just for them to diagnose the check engine light. Then I had to come back for the replacement part, that was under warranty. This was all because my local cadillac dealership in Erie, PA failed to look at my car at my first appointment and then lied to my face about my 2nd appointment saying it wasn't scheduled, after I recieved confirmation of the appointment. I was ready to get rid of my cadillac all together but the customer service at this dealership is A+. Highly recommend!!
