Journeys

My husband and I visited this store. We were down from Ontario, doing some shopping. We were greeted by Isabella and Isabella spent a good hour helping us with different sizes. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes. Isabella was a delight and was very friendly. We will definitely return.

This is the best journeys i’ve ever been to. As a shoe lover i have been to many journeys but this one is just outstanding. I was helped by a lovely blonde girl who was the best employee there. The manger was very zany but also very helpful. There are so many hey dudes. I LOVE JOURNEYS!!!!!

I was in Pittsburgh today looking for a certain style of Vans for my granddaughter. When there were none in her size at any of the stores at the Ross Park Mall, I called the Journey store at the Grove City Outlets. The employee I spoke with graciously checked the stock and held the shoes for us until our arrival. The store was on our way home and the shoes were waiting for us at the register. The wonderful customer service was very much appreciated. Thank you.
