Let me tell you about Enterprise Car sales and the absolute best way to buy a car in this day and age. Are you tired of arguing with sales people about prices of extra stuff you don't need? This is definitely the place for you! MJ Mooney at the Lebanon Enterprise was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel like the process was just a conversation. She helped me narrow down what I could afford and what would fit me best. I knew I was going for an SUV but when she showed me the Buick Encore I fell in love. Her level of detail with paperwork and laid back demeanor helped me feel like I was making the best choice possible with the best deal I could get. She truly took care of me and even checked in the next day to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. She has been diligent in calling to tell me things have come in like my floor mats. Who knows she might run the place someday!
As a former Technician for a lot of Dealerships in the HBG area, I can attest that this is not the same experience you might have had at other places and is a breathe of fresh air. I cannot say it enough, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I WILL be back to buy another car in the future

While driving from Pennsylvania to Alabama on vacation, a deer destroyed my car in North Carolina. On a Saturday morning I had no other option other to rent from Enterprise in Statesville NC.

As you can imagine this entire ordeal has been somewhat of a debacle. If you're interested in my review of that facility, simply look it up!

Long story short, the car I got in Statesville was filthy and had some mechanical issues. I tried to swap it out while in Alabama to no avail. I drove it back to Pennsylvania and stopped out to see the folks in Lebanon.

John was absolutely terrific! His compassion and empathy were unparalleled. He agreed the car I was swapping out should never have left the lot being so filthy, along with a low tire pressure warning fault. He apologized profusely and went into problem resolution mode.

John got me swapped into a super clean Nissan Sentra, and took care of the paperwork without any additional cash out of my pocket. Even though it is an insurance rental, State Farm has not necessarily been my good neighbor.

When I worked in another industry I used Enterprise sparingly because my company had contracts with other vendors. Now I don't think I'd rent from anyone other than Enterprise because of the exceptional service I received from John in Lebanon!

They were great! I was helped by Taj, and the rest of the staff were all nice. I felt comfortable, and that my needs were met. Will recommend.

Jay Patterson was the best we work. With this guy for about 6 months until we got the car we wanted and the right price mind you I had credit problems but we got through it he keep in contact over the months and we finally got approved. Shout out to the whole team they are all great thank guys

"J" goes above and beyond! I never felt as I was being pushed into a sale. He was very patient and personable with me during my search and even had 3 different cars transfered for me to just test drive. The entire team at Enterprise are the best as I barely had to so amything other then tell them exactly what I was looking for! This was the absolute best experience I've had EVER when having to buy a vehicle. Next time you need a new ride see my boy "J" he will hook you up without the typical car buying experience.

The Lebanon location is perfect for me, I am doing almost weekly rentals and they are very accommodating to me from picking me up to taking me home when needed even when very busy. All employees are great there, Helene, John, Austin and the rest provide awesome customer service. Highly recommend this location to rent from. My most recent rental 03/23 again the location exceeded my expectations, a special shout out to John who has always taken care of me in a polite and professional manner and is always available for my questions or concerns.

My dad needed to replace his rental for a truck to accommodate his health condition. Enterprise had the truck ready when we arrived. Great service.

Made my reservation online the night before I wanted to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at Enterprise, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I had to extend my rental, which I did by phone, and again everything was handles smoothly. When I dropped off the vehicle I was taken care of immediately. I love Enterprise !! Great vehicles to choose from, also.

Love the staff at this location! I often have to rent last minute to transport special needs dogs. These guys bend over backwards to make sure I have a vehicle that suits my needs. They are 100% supportive of my work with dogs and love looking at photos of the dogs I transport in their vehicles! Enterprise staff play a big role in helping dogs in need. I always vacuum and wash the cars upon return even though they tell me there is no need to do so, but I'm so appreciative of their customer service here that I want to go the extra mile for them and bring back a squeaky clean car as a "thank you!" They are always helpful and friendly no matter how crazy busy they are.
