We needed a new dryer for a new home. We found what we were looking for here. The team checked availability before we purchased it, updated the appliance for use with propane, and delivered it on time. As a bonus they were competitively priced to a big box store. It was a frustration free experience - you could speak with somebody who was on top of the procurement, conversion and delivery. As long as they continue to be competitively priced, I will buy my next appliance from here.

I normally do not write reviews, however, Lehigh Supply Appliance deserves a solid five star. I called the show room with questions on how to get my oven replaced. The major problem is the size of the old oven and not knowing if they make anything that fits that same size. That very day they came out and measured and called me later on in the day with a couple of ovens that will fit that space. I decided on a oven and also a dishwasher. The order was placed the following day and both were installed three days later. Installation was fantastic and flawless. I Could not ask for anything better. I would highly recommend Lehigh Supply Appliance for all your appliance needs. Wonderful customer service, and employees. I thank you! The entire process was effortless on my part.

Been getting appliances here for nearly 20yrs. The staff and service is superb. I never bother to 'shop around' because they have an excellent reputation well earned. Looking forward to my new fridge!

Stopped in today because I needed a part for my dryer. As luck would have it, another customer was there for the exact same part and it was the last part that they had on the shelf. The gentleman inside (sorry I didn’t catch your name), told me to hold on and he would go out to one of their service vans to see if there was one in the van. Yes, they had one on the van and two people with the same issue left as very happy customers!

You won't get service from the big box stores like this.

GE Factory Service let me down, which is not Lehigh Supply's fault. Co-owner Chuck apologized, and asked if I would be around all day. 30 minutes later he shows up, and 30 minutes after that, two of the biggest issues I had were solved, because fixed them himself.

He is technically retired, but still cares about his customers. He also gave me some tips in person about using my washer/dryer that I didn't know.

For still being in business after all these years, they must be doing something right. I enjoy doing business with local merchants versus the mega-stores. You should always give guys like Lehigh Supply a chance to earn your business first. If they cost $50 more, so what? It's impossible to compete with Home Depot and Lowe's on certain products because of volume. They can give you personal service, and they know your name. That's worth the 50 bucks, trust me.

Don't let the crummy sign deceive you! We had a few very good experiences with the repair Dept. When we needed some appliances, we shopped the box stores and found that nobody came close to Lehigh's product knowledge and there were none of the 'extra fees'. Plus, we shopped and supported local. Excellent experience.

This “Mom and Pop” appliance shop has superb customer service. I went there to purchase a washer and dryer for a new house and they mistakingly ordered me a dryer that was backordered for 6 weeks out. As soon as they realized the mistake they contacted me and upgraded my washer and dryer to a set that was in stock- free of charge. You won’t find that type of customer service from the big home stores. They also price match the big home stores. I have since gone back to purchase and refrigerator and stove.

We went to Lowe's and Home Depot for a double oven. After being told they dont carry the size we need we called Lehigh Supply. They were not able to find an exact fit but one that was close. This then required some modifications to our existing cutout for the stove. The installers did a great job by modifying the bottom cabinet and cutting the space to fit and hold the stove. Definitely worth checking out as Lowe's or Home Depot would never have gone to this length to do the installation.

Great products and excellent service.

We originally bought a dishwasher from Lowe's but we waited for over three weeks for delivery and installation. We gave up and canceled the order. Lehigh supply matched Lows price and we had it in a week.

Our microwave quit. We went to Lehigh Supply instead of a big box store. They had several in stock and helped us out by installing it quickly!

Great staff and they stand by the products they sell. Our refrigerator that we bought there broke after 7 years and their repair person fixed it for a reasonable cost.

Stopped here to order a minor appliance part. My part was easily located and ordered. No fuss, no hassle... Just friendly, quick service!
