Dr. Afzal is extremely thorough and clearly cares about her patients' needs. The staff is equally excellent. This was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!

Have been bouncing around to different dentists for 3-4 years now with insurance changes, can say this dentist office was the most professional, clean & best service I’ve received. Everything along the way/procedures were explained in detail for easy understanding. The staff is very polite. Dr. Afzal is friendly, informative, and created a treatment plan for me.

I love Valley Dental! Everyone is so friendly and kind. I have a phobia of going to the dentist, but the environment at the office keeps me calm. Edith and Gaby are always welcoming and ready to help and listen to any concerns I have. Dr. Nadia is very gentle and understanding. She takes the time to walk me through the procedure which helps me relax and know that I’m in good hands. The dental hygienist Hengi, is also very compassionate about her work. She always makes my visit so pleasant that I actually look forward to my yearly cleaning. Valley Dental has a wonderful team that only deliver the best care!

The staff here is so amazing. They're polite, understanding, and work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible. When we learned that our daughter had a lip tie, we were walked through every little detail of the procedure and healing process and what to expect. Afterwards, my wife and I moved over to them for our own dental appointments because of their amazing work. I highly recommended that anyone looking for a good dental experience go try valley dental.

We were introduced to Dr. Afzal by our lactation consultant. Our daughter needed a lip tie revision and Dr. Afzal sat with us and explained everything in full detail. She was caring and really made us feel as though our baby was in the best care. We loved our experience so much that my husband and I actually decided to switch our dentists to be her patients. All of the ladies at the office are super sweet also. The office is incredibly clean and they take great care to protect everyone in this time of COVID. I gladly recommend everyone I know to this office. They're the best 😊

after 15 years the time came that I finally needed to find a new dentist. Valley Dental is WONDERFUL and are super thorough and kind. The staff is very welcoming and professional and for someone who is terrified of the dentist, they did a good job comforting me along the way.

Such a quaint, comfortable space with a genuine staff. Dr. Z is very friendly, professional, and a perfectionist! I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, which takes my anxiety of going to the dentist away. I appreciate that the office accepts payments in portions if the procedure cannot be paid in full at the time. They also send convenient text messages for appointment reminders and confirmations. I'm extremely happy and thankful I found a dentist office who cares about the well being of a patient and not the revenue.

Dr. AFZAL is a wonderful, kind, patient dentist. And her entire staff is so friendly yet professional. The receptionist Edith is a joy to see as the first person when you enter the office. She is so congenial and pleasant with whatever concerns we have. The hygienist, Hengi, helps to make the experience of the dental exam so very comfortable. She always inquires about our family, etc and is completely “down to earth” and genuinely nice. This Dentist’s office is very accommodating and pleasant.

Dr.Afzal is the best! Really the best experience we’ve had with a health care provider - she took the time to talk to us about all of our options for our daughters lip tie procedure and gave us a lot of resources/tools to ensure we had the best recovery possible. I highly recommend her and her team!

Reading the past reviews, it seems quite clear that the reviewer has some personal issues. I have been going to Dr. Afzal and the gang for about 2.5 years now. I have never been greeted with anything less than a smile. The whole staff has been friendly and helpful. They first fit me in as an emergency, and their professionalism and caring attitude brought me back. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication from the team. Definitely always look forward to going back.

Valley Dental goes over and beyond for the satisfaction of patients. My five year old was coming here for his tongue tie for almost a year, he loved that he had books to choose from and little toys that he could play with. His therapy was always a breeze and they made him comfortable before starting. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are knowledgable and work around your family needs and comfort before proceeding forward with anything major. Dr. Nadia is well versed in the latest technology and one of very few dental offices locally that has a laser for treating tongue ties.

Dr. Zainab is the newest dentist to the team and does a phenomenal job. My sister was visiting from out of town when she lost a filling and was in extreme pain. Dr. Zainab saw her same day and were able to get her up in running in no time.

During COVID, extreme cleanliness and precautionary measures were taken for the safety of the patients which made me feel comfortable coming into the office.

Would highly recommend coming here for your family needs, it definitely feels more like a family than a scary dentist office! :)

Valley Dental is a very comfortable and professional dentist office. The office has a very calming atmosphere. I almost did not even feel like I was at a dentist's office. My visits to Valley Dental have been nothing but positive and the staff are so warm and kind. Dr. Nadia Afzal and her staff go out of their way to assist each patient and make them feel very relaxed and at ease. I've been to many dental practices but this was the only place where I was given detailed information about my dental procedures. The staff are very patient and they answer your questions and concerns in a professional manner. They also are very accommodating as my schedule is not flexible so they try their best to find a suitable time that works.Dr. Nadia Afzal and her staff are highly professional, courteous and gentle. I was a patient of the dentist previous to Dr. Afzal; he was my first and only dentist. Dr. Afzal took over nearly 10 years ago and I as well as both my parents continue to be patients of Valley Dental! Over time she transformed the office to meet her needs and be warm and welcoming. Dr. Afzal never stops learning and is up-to-date on the latest technologies, discoveries, and treatments. I suffer TMJ pain and she is very gentle and knowledgeable and provided me great relief, with little pain, using her laser instrument to release my tongue and lip ties. I trust Dr. Afzal and her team completely with my oral care, she also has built a solid network of supporting doctors to refer patients to when necessary!

Great experience at Valley Dental. Everyone is super nice! And they have taken extended measures during C-19 to make sure patients are safe when they go for their appointments.

The pandemic did not stop this practice from creating a seamless and welcoming environment this visit. All three of my kids were taken care of so well that they want to go back soon!
