The friendliest staff, always accommodate my kids when they are sick, get them in right away and are so professional and nice. You wait sometimes (in office) but when it comes to doctors that's common.

I love this office and I have all my kids come here. They never give me any issues and the pediatricians are always nice.

Great small office. I have enjoyed my service here at ABW. Friendly staff and doctors. Only downside is that it can become fully booked at times. Other than that it's great.

I have been taking my daughters here since they were born and Dr. Maria was even my husband’s pediatrician when he was little. I’ve never had any issues getting an appointment and the staff is always friendly. Sure, sometimes you may wait in the exam room a bit longer but to me that means they’re just taking more time with a sick child or concerned parent. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the Lehigh Valley who is looking for a quality pediatrician.

Everyone has always been very good with us and Dr. Otero makes us feel like family. The office is welcoming and clean too. I once had an issue being placed on hold too long, but it turned out it wasn't actually their fault. I've also had good experiences with the answering service during emergencies when I am connected to the on call nurse. My overall experience with this office is definitely more positive than negative. I am very happy we chose this pediatric practice for our family.

Dr. Otero is one of the most understanding, compassionate, caring person, he is not my child pediatrician but he will after an emergency visit we had, my daughter even feeling sick had a great time at consult she feel comfortable, laugh and feel a little bit better with the dynamic, he takes necessary time to listen your concerns and explain every detail you need to know, receive a call from him after 5pm for a visit follow up and a letter (school paperwork) after 7pm. Totally recommend!

I love ABW Bethlehem. The staff are great. Fast and the doctors are on point with all my Childerns needs. I love that they just don't brush me off but listen to my concerns and thoroughly check them. I love that I don't have to wait for my children to be seen when they are sick. They always have same day appointments and even offer Saturday sick appointment. ABW Bethlehem rocks. You don't be disappointed.

Doctors Ramos, Otero and Colon are the best. I've taken both of my kids there since they were babies. My oldest is now 20 and she no longer sees them, but my 8 year old son still does. Great staff, very clear with their answers they have same day appointments if your kid is skick. If you leave a message with a concern they will call you back asap. I definitely recommend ABW Pediatrics and yes, they speak Spanish too!

Had a Venous Doppler here with Denise and it was great! In and out and the tech was fast, efficient, compassionate and gentle. The registration staff, front desk person and volunteer who helped me get to my appointment were all great as well!

They are a great practice they get my daughter in when she is sick, call me back when I have questions that need answers. Don’t push any extra injections that I don’t believe in her getting, informative on injections.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was quite nervous about my test but they did a great job walking me through everything and making it as easy as possible.

Take your kids here ! Now ! Best kids Doctors in the valley and yes they speak Spanish too !
