Molinari's [permanently closed]

We enjoyed a beautifully delicious experience at Molinari's last night. The front of the house was friendly and accommodating. The decor is beautiful and the mindful sound dampening makes conversation easy over lovely background music. The food was incredible from start to finish. The whipped ricotta is a creamy gift that leaves the palate clean and ready for more. The Chef is producing creatively authentic plates that are consistently balanced, interesting, and mouth watering. Our bartender was very knowledgeable and suggested the perfect digestive for us. Thank you Molinari's for putting so much love into your fine dining experience from source to table. We'll definitely be back!

The owners of this restaurant aim to create and authentic Italian experience. So much so that they've sent their chefs and bartender to Italy for training. Man did it pay off! Every meal was so delicious and flavorful. I was so stuffed on fresh, house made pasta but I had to have a short rib pizza! The bartender gave me a shot of Grappa to help me digest food to make room for dessert. Dessert was ricotta pound cake with blueberry marmalade and an almond orange crema. It was amazing! This is my new favorite Italian restaurant! The prices aren't bad either! $16 for a personal pizza and around $25 for the pasta.

Molinari's was an excellent spot for my dinner date and I to celebrate a very important event together. The octopus was SO delicious, and the wine selection was vast enough to cover all of our needs. Parking was extra convenient with the lot across the street!

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service by Edwin! Seriously one of the best Italian places with homemade pastas and beautiful desserts. You won’t be disappointed!

Very good high scale Italian restaurant. Had fried Octopus, Pan seared Scallops and Salmon. They were amazing. Very Pricy though.

We ordered pizza and cocktails with my friends, and all were amazing! It’s one of the best Italian restaurants in the town!

Was back for a third time but its been awhile. We liked it both times before but tonight was fabulous. My wife and I both had Italian dishes and they were beyond good. Texture, flavor, smell were just wonderful. It was that experience when you pay for something and get what you wanted. Definitely not waiting too long to return this time.

The pasta is homemade, the ingredients are so fresh and the dishes are delicious! I love it here, and the staff is fantastic! 👍

Outstanding food n service ,super fresh n delicious pasta n deserts as well - the dark chocolate one is definitely the best quality chocolate ever - so smooth and rich -- oh and the gelatos are just as good - too sad we were just driving through Bethlehem.

My fiancé and I have now visited twice. Once under the old ownership and now once under the new ownership. Very positive experience both times. This past time (7/15/22) they were so very obviously short staffed so there was a wait, and service was a little slow but that’s entirely understandable given post-COVID staffing conditions. The gentleman behind the bar was kind, patient, and pleasant to every customer that walked in the door - even where most people would not be - and the food was phenomenal from the entrees to the desserts. Not a single bad thing to say about the place

Food and service are fantastic. We had the mozzarella appetizer, it was amazing! My wife loved her mushroom pizza. I got the Canestri and have toy say it may have been the best pasta I've ever had. We finished up with delicious Gelato. A great night out, I highly recommend you stop in and try it for yourself.

Wonderful experience overall. The pasta was fresh and delicious, pizza was well made and flavourful. I enjoyed the grilled octopus a bit less, ot was too sweet for me. Service was absolutely gorgeous, I really can't say anything bad about this place. Definitely coming back for their carbonara!

Molinari's was a great experience. It is a nice, upscale, casual smart atmosphere. We were promptly seated. Staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed our meals greatly. They have an extensive wine list. Everything was fresh and tastefully prepared. It was a fusion of old school and new age Italian cuisine. ...try the salmon. OMG! Amazing! I would absolutely go again.

Best dining experience my wife & I have had in a long time. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable about the special meals/apps/wines/desserts.
The octopus & pork were amazing.
If you want great food along with a beautiful dining experience go enjoy the food & staff.
We are already planning our next visit.

We were on a trip to NYC from Indiana and on our way back we stopped for our last dinner before making the trip back and I am more than glad we stopped. Its a very quaint restaurant in a beautiful area. The atmosphere was wonderful and everyone was incredibly attentitive and nice. The food was phenomenal, from the drinks to the dessert. You get what you pay for, to say the least. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Molinari's.

Excellent food, very unique and authentic menu. Service was great, we didn't feel rushed through dinner, and there were plenty of options for things we had never had before. Our waitress Amy was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, and very helpful in making recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Local restaurant with just the right size menu. Great local food with good service. Our server Amy took the time to explain everything. Atmosphere is comfortable for a regular conversation. Big wine menu, local beer on tap.

The food was excellent with personable servers . The presentation of the food was really nice . Really romantic feel , would definitely come back and highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and order a pasta dish and glass of wine .

Was most impressed with the waitress. She looked fresh out of high school but was exceptionally professional without being unfriendly. She thoroughly explained the specials, firing off the ingredients and details without a stutter. I don't know how anyone can do that! Girlfriend deserves all the tips.

My visit was almost a month ago. I ordered the carrot spaghetti, it was my first time trying rabbit. Turned out to be one of my favorite dishes of all time. I will be back when my pocketbook will allow it!
