Carlo's Bakery (Inside The Outlets at Sands Bethlehem)

The way everything is presented and lit in the display case is simply hypnotizing! Everything i've tried is absolutely delicious to the last bite! The employees are always incredibly cheerful and professional. I love how you can also see the actual bakery & all of the machinery in the rear of the storefront, makes me want to come in early to see the bakers in action to see how some of the desserts are prepared!

Excellent is the only word to describe Carlo’s Bakery! Everything tastes as good as it looks and amazing attention to detail in their presentation of bakery items. We love the cannolis and cookie sandwiches. The cakes are also very very good and freshly made to order. Would highly recommend visiting this location when gambling at the now Wind Creek - could be good luck! 😉Tip there is also a Buddy V’s Restaurant in the Casino floor related to the bakery which offers great Italian food!

The cake was phenomenal, had to split eating the chocolate cake over a few sittings to enjoy it/handle the sweet. The cookie was okay. The employee working the counter was in a great mood, super sweet!

My best by far was the chocolate cake. It was soft, tasty. Not heavy except for my scale. Lol. It was all good though. T-shirt was true to size

I ordered a customized cake for my husbands birthday and was absolutely impressed by the outstanding service from the manager Frank as well as the staff on duty when I picked up the cake. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing. We will definitely be going back.

I ordered a chocolate bun with yellowish cream inside. It was good. The bun with red jelly(?) was also good. Croissant was fantastic. It did make me go....mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmm mmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So all in all I liked it. 😁 ❤

Cake not the best, Icing make it worth it. Slices are about $8, Large. Its 4 Slices for $28.

Great desserts. Some days they close at 6 and others at 7. So check their hours. Had all of their cakes so far and they're delish. Cheesecakes are also good. Have not tried their cannolis yet. I also see now they sell pizza!!!

Let me just start with O my goodness!! We bought 2 slices of cake and Buddy's Box (2 Lobster and 2 Cannoli). I make my own Cannoli and I'm from Jersey City Nj, so I know Cannoli. Everything was delicious, I can't say I've ever had better. Lobster was so crispy outside and the cream inside was smooth and creamy, delicious! Well worth the wait and price. Espresso on the other hand tasted like regular coffee.

Checked into our room and stopped by to just look. Talked to the sweetest girl that was new and so helpful. So we came back after dinner for dessert. Cannolis were to die for and blueberry cheesecake was the delicious. Coming back tomorrow and Sunday before checkout. My receipt says Sara so thanks honey and good luck there!

Carrot cake was great. Red velvet was nice as well. We enjoyed the lemon cheese cake but not the strawberry. The staff was friendly and helpful which we appreciated. Everything on display looked great especially the professional full cakes

Couldn't wait to come here and it was exactly what I hoped for. I didn't know what to pick with so many options so the sales girl Shara helped me so I went with the lobster tails ,peanut butter and oatmeal cookies then Italian cookies for my mama. Very clean store, great atmosphere, extremely friendly sales person. I would recommend this to any Cake Boss fan ! Thanks Buddy

If a local chain can do a better cannoli, let me know! But until then, this chain will get my business for their delicious cannolis!

Everything was amazing, and there was a great location in a really nice shopping mall, delicious food as expected. Definitely recommend!!!
