FINALLY...someone you can trust. I've been to plenty shops around as well as big names like staples office max, but they don't compare to the experience i had here w/ Jay..I tested him to see if he would lie or try to rip me off but he proved his trust and professionalism all across the board.. He gave me a free diagnosis for my laptop and offered to repair it at a super fair price. Unlike others who charge you $100 or so just to look at your problem w/no guarantee of solving it. He worked with me when I didn't have quite enough and also fixed an additional problem it was having on top of that. i don't know, maybe it was the holidays and he was being generous.

But he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns w no rush. Gave me a decent time to pick up my computer, I was surprised when he called me way earlier then expected. He didn't let me leave until i was positive it was up and running properly. Overall great business. They really put the customer before the dollar here. great service, friendly ppl. awesome pricing

I recently got a "new" H.P. laptop from Amazon, but it was about a year old, never used. I could get NO response from H.P. due to this issue. It never worked well right out of the box. A few weeks later it 'died.'

So I contacted Super Geek Computers. Jay was very helpful and professional. Great communications, he always follows-up. He was also professional & knowledgeable in getting my laptop fixed. It look a bit longer than expected and Jay went so far as to bring the repaired unit back late on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommended.

I needed a new DC jack on one computer and the sound fixed on another. My research concluded that they were the most reasonably priced tech guys around. Jay fixed both computers on time and both are working perfectly; and he will be the first person I contact when I wreck my computer again :) Thanks Jay!

J. Provided outstanding service. He managed to accomplish beautifully what another “geek” told us couldn’t be done! Plus he is very patient and explains what needs to be known using terms that non computer literate individuals can understand!

I should have listened to my friend who said to stay away because of a bad experience here. But, I didn't listen and got burned. It's been 2 months and I'm still struggling with the laptop that I had repaired. I had a virus that was supposedly removed. It wasn't. As soon as I took the laptop home the same issues were present. I let it go for a few days and called back to ask what my options were only to be told that there was only one option. I re-infected my laptop and would have to pay again to repair it. No, thank you. An unhappy customer.
