Great establishment and very friendly and helpful employees. Went for a battery and my car wouldn’t start one of the gentleman working there took the time to change it for me instead of just jumping it to get me on my way . Great place to get auto parts with a friendly staff

This is one of the last REAL auto parts stores that the guys behind the counter know cars and are actually helpful. I visit the other chain stores frequently and most of the time I leave disappointed because the kid navigating the computer doesn't know what I'm looking for because they don't know aftermarket add on parts or performance parts and they can't look it up by " Year, Make, and Model".
This A&A is about a 40 minute ride from my house, but I always find what I need or at least have a conversation with a knowledgeable car guy behind the counter to find what I need.

The people are great here, have been coming here for years, and will keep coming for many more.

I needed help choosing correct and best antifreeze for my car. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable, & I was happy with what they found for me. Also, David went out to my car to check color of antifreeze to confirm. Best of all, he showed me where to top off antifreeze & then offered to do that for me (to my great relief).

This place has an awesome selection and the staff is very friendly. I went in the for windshield wipers and the staff even offered and installed them for me for free. Thank you you guys are the best!

Good selection of random car parts. Staff is helpful, the one cashier spent 20 minutes with me the one time to get the right hose for my wiper fluid reservoir even though total price was less than $5.

They had the holley parts I needed in stock with a good helpful person. I think his name was Chris. Thanks guys.

Kris went above and beyond in helping my mom. She was driving nearby and had car trouble. Kris came outside helped her check her oil and power steering and found out that she had broken parts. He spent more than 30 mins taking care of her and making sure she was OK to drive. I didn't think people like this were around anymore. Thank you so much for taking the time to help my mom. Words cannot express how much this means.

I've been getting parts here for years. A few errors have occurred on occasion, but they're always remedied quickly. They can also price match and go out of there way to be helpful. I won't buy parts anywhere else!

Thank God for blessings Am not to good at fixing cars, but today I needed to put a left side headlight bulb back, Thank A&A Auto parts my right side headlight is working and I got it for $7 cheaper than the competition thank you helping me replace the the right side headlight Bulb so much respect for them guys there every time they go the extra mile God bless you guys there thanks so much you're one of the best in the whole nation.

I'm a mechanic and in my opinion this is the only real auto parts store around. The Bethlehem location is their flagship store. Better quality merchandise at lower prices... than summit or jegs... very impressive. Try them, I guarantee they will be your new auto parts go-to

Although they didn't have the battery i needed... They have excellent customer service... My battery died in the parking lot of 711 right across the street... So one of the workers, Brandon, was kind enough to lend a hand and a few tools from the shop to help me... Unlike Joe's Tire and Battery who sold me the battery, told me and my lady that they couldn't lend a little help because they had "work up to here".... Just a little common courtesy really shows whos there to actually help you... Thank you Brandon Alberto and Joseph, i appreciate the service you provided...

Staff was great! They showed me exactly the bulbs I wanted and even put the bulbs in my headlights. I was in and out in 5 minutes, keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service, needed a battery 20 mins until closing and they waited for me and installed it. Paid a lot less for a new battery than Advanced auto price. Thank you!!

The guys at the A&A on Union Blvd. Are very helpful and informative. I was looking for a new set of Nerf bars for my truck. I had a bunch of questions about some of the brands they sell. They answered all my questions and set me up with a new set of Nerf bars. Thanks!
