St. Michael's Cemetery

Really neat cemetery. Extends up the hill into the woods. There are some unique graves up in that area, many are well hidden and hard to find, but offer an engaging visit if you're into searching around. Several older graves and a few mausoleums to see. A quiet, calm spot to visit.

It's a really old cemetery and the grounds are mowed. The amount of vandalism is disturbing and shameful. People's loved ones are buried there. It's not a party place or a place to hang out in. Shame on the people that disrespect the deceased. Imagine if that was your relative.

I remember this cemetery with found memories. As a kid we use to go here to drink our 40oz malt liquor then walk down 4th street drunk and raising hell. As I got older I remember taking my wife there to make love under the stars on a hit summer night. Nowadays I use this place to find relaxation as I walk through the cemetery and contemplate life and ponder death. It's just a beautiful spot.

This is an old cemetery. On the other side of the mountain there are graves that go right into the woods. I'm not sure, but I think it may be an extention of this cemetery. There's some strange stuff up there such as fruit peels and candles next to a grave like some kind of ritual was performed.
