Awesome customer service

I am a second generation loyal customer since 1965, so I hesitate to write this review. In early 2020 I refilled an 80 cu ft bottle of 75/25% Argon/CO2 and the cost was $84. I needed to get that refilled again, and I thought this was a little high so I called around for prices . Air gas #$84, Torco $31, Praxair $38. I bought the gas from Torco and paid $31 plus tax and no additional fees.
The last few times I was at Airgas, I noticed they were putting a "Hazardous Waste Disposal " fee on my charges which increased their relatively good prices on things like weld wire to a higher than market price. I am not sure why Airgas would have a hazardous waste cost on wire I bought and used.
I am a small customer, spending no more than a couple of hundred dollars a year, so maybe they do not need my business. I like their service, but i cannot justify paying over 200% more for their product.
