Kumo Sushi

I was very pleasantly surprised how good this sushi was. I got the Eel and avocado, rainbow roll, spicy tuna, and spider roll and we’re all fantastic. Total price was about $38 so it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. However, you can’t walk in the restaurant (just a little window to exchange) and the front area looks terrible, used as a storage room for everyone to look at inside the restaurant. Doesn’t look clean which is not a good look for a place the serves raw fish. Also parking is limited… Overall, excellent!

Very nice place. As with most sushi places its prices are not low or real high like a steakhouse. Noodles were decent. Not as good as at the easton farmers market but good. Would recommend for sure.

I’m from out of town and was craving sushi. I tried this restaurant based on their menu, which is not only diverse but vast as well. I was absolutely not disappointed. I made my own poke bowl, had a roll, boba tea and some mochi…everything was phenomenal and so tasty. It was all fresh and packaged well (I ordered pickup).

My only regret is that I don’t live close enough to eat here regularly. I’d highly recommend if you’re craving good, quality food.

This is a great new sushi restaurant in Bethlehem. I ordered the lunch special with a salmon roll and an Alaskan roll. The food was excellent. I highly recommend eating here for lunch because you get more if you order any of their lunch specials. The portions of the food were decent. The only downside about this restaurant is that prices are high.

The food was nice and the people!! The girl that took the order for us is the nicest person. Her smile made our day.
We didn’t wait for long and the pizza sandwich was delicious(still not sure what it is but highly recommend).

Tried this new Japanese café tonight. Wow! So good. I had the angel roll and it was heavenly (pun intended) which was a great mix of lobster, shrimp and banana tempura with a mango sauce! It was amazing. Hubby, who is not a super big sushi guy, had the Ocean Roll and absolutely loved it and loved the place. Also had the enoki miso soup which was very good as well and a coconut bubble tea which is the first time I had this tea & loved it. Prices very good - around $15 for each of our rolls. Very clean, very good service and very nice atmosphere. Good sushi is lacking in this area & this place will fill that hole! Can't wait to return - I have a list of what I want to try! Definitely recommend going!

My favorite sushi in the Lehigh valley. I order frequently and their quality is consistently excellent. They have great specialty roll selection with flavors that don’t overpower the fish and their nigiri is EXCELLENT.

I picked up some take out one night after having to work late. It was ready in about 10 minutes! I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box and an additional California roll & side of rice. Prices were reasonable and food tasted fresh. Delicious and will order again!

I’ve never sat and dined here but I’ve ordered takeout multiple times a month for years, and their sushi has always tasted amazing. I’m coming from Queens, NY so I know good food! I’m not a fan of their apps so I stick to the sushi and bubble tea, which never disappoints!

This place is great for sushi! It’s my go to. The rolls are wrapped tight and well portioned. They don’t offer dine in because of COVID but taking out was just as good. Service is really fast. It’s always a satisfying meal.

We got DoorDash from here and that can always be hot or miss. All of our food arrived hot and still in delicious condition. No complaints at all. Definitely may order again.

I had take out from Kumo last night and can say this was the best Japanese cuisine I’ve had, and that is comparing my take out meal to any sit down.
I got the beef box that came with several items all neatly prepared and absolutely delicious. The tempura was crispy with no sogginess. The Shumai was bursting with flavor. The beef was oh so tender and went great with the onions. The California roll was as good as they can be. Oh and the honey dew boba tea was fantastic.
For one of the more expensive meals, at no point did I feel cheated, or that more food should’ve been included. I will be going back. I feel bad for anyone missing the opportunity to eat here.

NEVER been more satisfied by a sushi dinner!!! Wasabi had the perfect kick! All of the fish was at just the right age. Every ingredient shined beautifully! Squid was done wonderfully with just the right heat to match the sweetness of the soy...can't say enough good things! We ordered through Grubhub...and when I looked its right by my house! This will be a regular from now on..

We ordered take out from this place after it was recommended by someone. I’m from Ohio, and this has been one of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Since we ordered carry out, it was very prompt and ready by the time we showed up shortly after placing the order. I highly recommend this and will be telling the folks back home about this establishment. Thanks for making my time in PA memorable.
