First, the place is so well appointed that you feel like you've just visited a market in Delhi. It was beautiful, and I loved how much attention they put into the detail. It's always great to see ethnic restaurants putting their culture on display in more ways than just the food.

Now on to the food. EVERYTHING was excellent. Zero exceptions. It's a little pricey but well worth every tasty morsel. Fortunately, we ordered everything mild...Indian spices are not for the novice eater.

This place is very Vibrant ✨🤩 The ambiance is so beautiful and lively 😍 I ordered Pav bhaji, Malai Kofta and Garlic Naan. Everything was sooooo good but the Pav bhaji .. it was more than good 😋 You must have Pav bhaji in your next order. Also, they serve in a super cute containers 🫰

I am seriously hard to please. I'm a bit of a foodie and cook at home often. I was so impressed with this tandoori chicken. DELICIOUS!! Will come back every time I'm in town!

Jordan, our server, was amazing. Our foods came out very quickly. We had the chicken samosas, lamb korma, vegetable fried rice, and the volcano Naan and it was all delicious.

A good Indian hotel located in collegeville. We had ordered their special beer "Rupee" made from Rice, it was worth trying. The food was in good taste too. The staff is very humble and speaks Hindi very well.

I have never experienced anything like the House of India. Its food selection is so much more than expected. The samosas are unbelievably delicious. I had lamb chops and chicken that was amazing prepared to perfection. Can’t wait to return.

Visited this place with my family for dinner recently. The ambience of this place is amazing. It truly represents indian culture. The service was great too, the owner and servers were very hospitable. We ordered chicken curry , tandoori roti basket, malai kofta and veg biryani. The curries came with a pot of hot steamed rice. The food was delicious and had authentic North Indian flavors. We had a great conversation with the owner and when he got to know that we were celebrating the closing of our new home in the area , they sent us a pastry and said it was on the house… which was very sweet of them.Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Collegeville.

Good ambience with the best Indian food in PA. I was craving to have Indian food and wasn’t satisfied with the Indian restaurants where I have been here. But this was so good that I will come back.

We came to get takeout and we follow the smell in order from the house of India. My family and I loved it so much we will be going back and dining in. This is my new Indian takeout food place. I live in Colorado and was visiting and met a friend here. Talk about atmosphere, super friendly and accommodating owner and staff and to top of off fantastic dinner and dessert.
It's worth every penny and we will be back.

Some of the better Indian food I've had and this is a family run place that checks in on you frequently throughout the dining experience. Highly recommend. We especially loved the green chicken curry.

My husband and I came here for lunch with our four month old daughter and had one of the best experiences so far. The ambience is amazing! Beautifully decorated. Our server Jordan was very welcoming and provided great attention to detail. The chicken tikka kebabs were juicy and well cooked. All the curries (paneer tikka, methi malai mutter, dal makhani, malai kofta) were fresh, unique, and had a good kick to them food. They also have a section of freshly prepared pastries. Would higher recommend the place for any family gatherings.

We have ordered take out and dined in multiple times- the food is constantly excellent! Today we ate lunch there and ordered the tikka masala, butter chicken, and naan. The servings were generous (we had enough for dinner!) and the food was spectacular! My husband has had Indian food in the UK and in India. He says this restaurant is authentic and always impresses him! We have an Indian restaurant across the street but we drive further to go here. Also the decor is vibrant and fun!

We had a great experience! Sejal went out of her way to make my 8 year old a special non spicy dish. Everyone is so friendly and we really enjoyed the food.

This was my first experience at House of India as well as my first experience with authentic food. It was such a great experience with a cultural introduction. The menu is amazing as there is something for everyone. The manager and hostess are AMAZING!!! I will be returning very soon! The veggie curry dish that I had isn’t listed below but it was so flavorful. I also had the Aloo Paratha, Veggie Samosa and Mango Lassi. ALL a must try!!!

Both my girlfriend and I visited here for a second time. What can I say, as usual the food and service was excellent.
The management and staff are beyond polite and efficient. The decor is of a very high standard. Even the menus match the decor too.
I can't recommend this place enough and we're already looking forward to our third visit.

The food was amazing. The servers helped us pair our dinner perfectly. The dessert were beyond delicious. They were not overly sweet and all the flavors came through. The chi tea and mango lassi were perfect. This was a meal of comforting food with a family that you like to be with.

We dined here many times in the past and returned last night, the first time since the Covid shut downs. We were thrilled that the consistency has not changed at all. Everything was excellent! We had a delicious eggplant app that was like nothing I've ever had, think crispy eggplant nachos. Our main courses were fantastic. Everything is always fresh and the sauces are superb. The staff and service are impeccable. Highly recommend!

The server was everything more than food and decor at this spot. She was such a gem! She was so accommodating to everything and very friendly. As for the food, the lamb chops were to die for! The noodles were fine and the lmab biriyani was flavored nicely. I don't know why but I didn't like the veggie biriyani that came with the lamb chops. We loved taking pictures of the decor there. I will definetly go back and try out some other dishes and notify others in NYC if they ever feel like going to one of the best Indian restaurants in PA.
