I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.

Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. I will definitely be back to this location especially for the customer service.

I had really great help from John, the manager, who took lots of time and made me feel enthusiastic about the purchase but not in a salesy way. I could also see that he was making his staff feel energized and happy. As someone who normally hates shopping for shoes, I was really thrilled with the experience. Thanks John! :)

I ordered boots online for my birthday, and they were beautiful but too narrow. I went in to this location and the Manager John couldn’t have been more nice and helpful! I exchanged them and ended up saving even more money with promotions that I wasn’t aware of, but John made sure I logged in my app and received the extra discount!

Grace was amazing she is an asset to the company. After dealing with one of those alpha mom types for 15 minutes about a simple order that most people would’ve been frustrated by Grace was able to handle my return quickly and efficiently. Even though the SKU was not coming up on the screen Grace and Ashley were able to get it quickly rectified despite dealing with crazy people all day going into Christmas.I will have a happy daughter on Christmas Day thanks to their efforts in making sure I have the right size Bear paw boots. Thank you again Grace and Ashley keep up the great work and keep smiling. They are now safely tucked beneath the tree With many more presents to come.

Sales Associate was very helpful with an online return. It was hassle-free and she even alerted me that the item I needed was in-store. Seemless transaction

Clean store, lots of options. Staff is very polite and helpful, in particular, a college-aged girl named Alex. She was very fun and helpful in assisting me to make a decision which shoes to purchase for an outfit. I purchased a purse, as well, for the outfit. I hope management recognizes her for this post. Went in for the first time post-COVID closure - everyone working was properly masked, they did a great job adjusting the clearance section for proper social distancing. I definitely felt comfortable in there and will be returning. Thank you!
