Infusion Care Providers of America - ICPA at Jenkintown

I can't say enough about this place! I was prescribed daily infusions and weekly blood draw through my PICC line. Home therapy was too costly. I thought my only option was to stay at a rehab facility for the 6 week duration. Infusion Center of Pennsylvania accepted my insurance, did all the paperwork, phone calls and made the transition seamless. They met me at the car Every day with a wheelchair (im not the driver!) and brought me to the office where everyone is greeted with a smile and a comfortable chair in a clean atmosphere. This place is open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Yes, holidays included. They understand the importance of not missing a treatment. I've seen them offer daily infusions, shots and home IV therapy too. My daily visits were stress free and 6 weeks has gone by quickly. I can not reiterate how important it was to me to locate a facility that accepted my insurance. living at a rehab just for a daily IV would have been awful and stressful.

My nurse Eileen is the Best! She made me comfortable from the moment I walked in this facility! I was not happy when I found out from my Doctor that I needed to get infusions every week and now it doesn’t bother me at all. Eileen is a hard worker ! I watch her every time get snacks or drinks for everyone of her clients and she knows exactly what they want without asking! She goes above and beyond her job as a nurse! Thank you Eileen for restoring my faith in medical providers and I hope you will always be my nurse.

My experience at ICPA - Jenkintown has been phenomenal! The staff is great and they take such good care of their patients. My nurse Eileen is a complete gem and is by far the best nurse that has cared for me to date!

The transfer from my neurologists office to the ICoP Jenkintown could not have been easier. They took care of the medication and insurance without my being involved. Upon arrival for my appointment everything was ready and in place. They could not have been more Welcoming. Eileen the RN was extremely professional. She listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. Her technique was flawless, and this was one of the easiest infusions I have experienced in 14 years. Thank you Eileen, and Infusion Center of Pennsylvania .

The staff is super friendly. Pam Ward is my nurse and is great, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Heather, the office manager, is also super friendly and was very efficient at getting my insurance approvals and getting the meds ordered so I could begin infusions immediately. I was not looking forward to moving from getting home infusions to having to go to an infusion center (Medicare requirements), but the staff at this office make it feel like a second home.
6/16/21 edit: Even with staff turnover (my original nurse left) they hire the friendliest people, such as my new nurse Eileen. Even their office people are friendly and say enthusiastic "hellos." The only problem I have is that, with how busy they are, it is difficult to get convenient times so that you can do other things you have scheduled that day.

I transferred my infusions to this company when my current nurse (Amber G) changed jobs. Amber is professional, competent and caring, always making the process downright almost enjoyable! The office staff was absolutely delightful as well. Highly recommended. Came for the medical treatment, stayed for the great care!!!

This was my first time at an Infusion Center, and I was a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect. I went to the Jenkintown Center, and right from the moment I got there, I felt completely at ease. Heather at the front desk welcomed me and was very helpful. I then met Pam, the nurse, and she was so kind and friendly, explaining all about my Radicava infusion. I never even felt her putting in my IV, so it couldn't have gone easier! Dr. Singh came over and introduced himself, and I found him to also be very warm and caring. I've since gone several times, as my treatment will be ongoing, and each time has been as positive. Every additional nurse I've met has been just as wonderful, namely Linda and Eileen so far. The center is bright, open, and very clean. The atmosphere is calm and cheerful, and it is GREAT in all ways! I would highly recommend The Infusion Center, the Jenkintown location to everyone!

Yesterday was my first appointment for Infusion Therapy at the Jenkintown office and I was very anxious when I arrived ..I was greeted by Heather who was so warm and her voice made me feel instantly calm 😌
Then I was greeted by Dr. Singh and he was so professional but very " down to earth " when He explained everything to me. The last but not least was the very personable Nurse Pam who is one of the best 👌 when it was time for my Infusion. Absolutely no discomfort at all for the whole process.

We are living through very challenging times and it’s certainly much more challenging when your going through a personal health crisis as well. Although I live at the Jersey Shore I had my infusions over an hour and a half away at ICPA in Center City and Jenkintown Pennsylvania and it was well worth the trip. I had never had an infusion before, never mind needing a series of 8 of them, so I was very nervous walking in that first day in early April. Linda, the RN, quickly put me at ease with her calming, caring, and compassionate ways and amazing expertise to painlessly find your vein for the infusion. Dr. Singh and his wife Dr. Singh and Linda were attentive to any questions or needs that may have arose during the infusions and always gave me a sense of peace and calm as well. They make you feel like you’re the only patient in the center and check on you frequently during your infusion. ICPA is a totally pristine, welcoming, comfortable and calming environment. I had my final infusion last Friday and if I ever needed an infusion in the future there is no where else I would go.

ICPA is always a pleasant experience. Eileen, the RN that worked when I was there, is amazing. She is extremely efficient and friendly. Eileen makes me feel comfortable because she listens and cares. I can’t say enough about her, definitely the best of the best!!!

I have to say that going to the Infusion Center of Pa at the Jenkintown office for the first time wasn't as bad I thought. The Staff, Nurses and Doctors were very accommodating. They answered all of my questions, helped me with any paperwork by directing me to who I needed to contact. I have gone twice and both times I was at ease knowing that they have the experience with the procedure that I required to have done. The office is easy to get to, it is open and bright which makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who is having Infusions done.

I absolutely love the wonderful people at Infusion Center of PA Jenkintown. They are so sweet, accommodating, and wonderful. They make each visit as enjoyable and seamless as possible. The center is clean and so flexible with fitting you in. I highly recommend if you need infusions to go to them!

I wish I could give the Jenkintown location of this organization 5 stars because of their professionalism, care, friendliness and ease of registration. Unfortunately, I require the use of a cane with the inability to walk very far and must negotiate stairs into the building with considerable difficulty because of very limited handicap access involving a considerable walk.
