Great place to try out running shoes. Thier exchange policy for their in store program is great so you can be sure you like running in the shoes. You can exchange within 90 days, so you can log a fair number of miles in the shoes to see how they feel on different types of runs.

I had not been in a while and was looking for new shoes after new balance discontinued my old model. Tyler helped me at the store and found a few pairs to purchase. The store has a treadmill to test the shoes and a new scanning tool to help find correct size. It ended up selecting my normal size but was interesting to see.

At Road Runner Sports — Celebrating one year as a Platinum Road Runner member; along with today being my 407th consecutive day of power walking, with millions of miles of steps to boot! I know I don’t need to explain the value of this store to those who already know, but it is superior in all the ways .. store environment, shoe brands and inventory as well as clothing and accessories; but their best product or service is their employees!!!

Today it was sweet Tyler, who had no idea he was getting my energetic spirit.😂 I was so impressed with his listening skills; clarification questions and overall knowledge base for the shoe brands. In the end, I switched from Brooks (still love the brand), to trying the Adidas Adizero Boston 12. The tire tread bottom alone was a win, referred to as a Continental rubber. But it also comes with additional benefits in more Lightstrike Pro (softer feeling) in the forefoot, a softer Lightstrike Pro 2.0 in the heel (stability, durability), a thin one piece mesh upper, and a new EnergyRod configuration (creates a nice bounce in the step.)

I’m so looking forward to my next 90 days in these! As a Road Runner member, I can exchange my old worn out shoes for a new pair, of choice, at no additional cost, unless the shoe is more than my purchased pair. I’ll be test-driving them in Europe in the coming weeks, so I’ll share how they perform.

Overall, I highly recommend this performance store for those walkers or runners who pound this earth like I do. Treat yourself … you deserve it! 😊

So damn lucky to have this great store near me for my power walking needs!! Discovered them 3 months ago and my 120K+ walking steps per week went next level with the right sizing and shoes. Picked up Brooks Ghost 15 today!!

BUT, one of the biggest wins … the staff! Today and on 2 previous phone calls, Mikey gave me superior customer service and I can’t thank him enough!! His zest and spirit for assisting the customer is top notch! This store has great inventory; fabulous and knowledgeable staff and rock it all around. Props to Mgr Amanda too!

Excellent customer service! Not just an ordinary purchase but an extraordinary experience from the time you walk in. I walked in thinking I would be in and out 10 mins max and stayed for over an hour and left completely satisfied and confident in my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in to buy running shoes for my daughter who is a distance runner. After a short wait we were assisted and she went through a form evaluation which clearly showed she overpronated. Rome explained what that meant, how it could lead to imbalance and injury, and recommended corrective inserts and a stability shoe. Very glad we stopped in and can now address the form issue while she is young. Great service.

The best place I've seen for a runnner ( and I worked at Niketown NYC in Trump Tower ). I arrived at the store quite accidentally ( and I'm glad I did ). A very knowledgeable gentleman, who I could immediately identify as an avid runner, assisted me and enrolled me in their annual program. I really enjoyed our conversation. I intend to return soon. Make this place a "must go to" !

Outstanding service by Rich he took his time to listen my issue with my feet and gave me a pair shoes that for ever I am thank you . I am runner over 25 years and my feet our wide and with bunion on my right foot difficult to find a pair that can go over 50k.
Because of Rich being so patient and work with me over 40 minutes . I got two pairs of shoes and two custom made orthotics and socks and on top of that membership. thank thank you see you soon 🙏

Alyssa was great. My son and i showed up 30 mins before closing and she stayed well after to help him find the right running shoe. Knowledgeable and personable. Going back for my new sneakers this weekend.

Mikey did my assessment yesterday to help me pick out some new shoes and he was very nice and helpful! I am a physical therapist and could tell he knows his stuff and he is very knowledgeable.

As always, we were quickly greeted and our needs were met. The workers always go the extra mile to make sure if the right fit.

It was so interesting to go here and get custom-made shoes for those who like to spend a lot of time outside jogging walking etc. You can get a custom analysis and then they provide you with selection of shoes you can also get custom insoles as well. You can get analyzed through a system that allows you to run on the treadmill while they record your what movement and then provide you with the listing selection of shoes that meets your needs. Expensive but the team was very attentive

Meredith was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Hubby and I got fitted for orthotics and she recommended a shoe for him. He loves them. We will be back.

First time at Road Runner sports and we had a great experience. We went to the KOP location and Daniel was our sales person. He was very friendly and helpful. It's about a 45 minutes drive for us and would definitely go again. Wish it was closer
