Made a quick stop in today for a Mother’s Day gift. The staff was excellent. They were very willing to help and knowledgeable. Customer service is a dying art most places, but not here.
Highly recommend.

I love William Sonoma, this is one of my favorite go to spots for Gifts for family, friends, and myself. 😆. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I make sure to shop here is person because I never want the King of Prussia location to close. Thank you for always helping with our culinary needs!

My wife and I registered at Williams-Sonoma in King of Prussia. General Manager Dee Dee took great care of us throughout the process. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable making it an enjoyable experience. We now have so many great things that we will enjoy for many years to come. Nice selection of kitchen implements, cooking equipment, table wares, and gourmet foods. Very helpful staff. It always smells yummy when you walk into this store.

I can highly recommend anyone on this team because of how wonderful this experience was.It’s rare to make such a big purchase and feel good about it. I can’t thank them enough.

Was not looking forward to a visit to Williams Sonoma during the holidays. I was astounded by the level of professionalism and customer service delivered by Andrew. I hope this store typically runs this smoothly. Will be back.

Great laid out space and had much more stock than Cherry Hill and the Bellevue Philly location. Also because it's a separate store it has a more calm vibe that is nice to shop in

As long as I have been shopping at KOP Town Center all staff members are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Laura at the King of Prussia location was a life saver! She helped me find an item that was believe to be out of stock, the day before Christmas eve. She was amazing!

I received a air griddle complimentary for review of product. Lately, I have been incorporating fruits and vegetables into my diet. I like the air griddle because it makes it easy to cook my vegetables And I control the temperature from low to high. I move around a lot so I like that it’s portable I can take it everything and just need a plug and I can start cooking anywhere.

Williams-Sonoma may not always be the cheapest place to buy you kitchen wares but the customer service it's worth it. Plenty of friendly staff willing to assist you with any of their products. A little known secret, they have a knife sharpening service.

I love the new location. The store is very neatly organized and it’s so easy to navigate without assistance. The staff are friendly and pick up is also easy.

I went to the store in Cherry Hill. I went for their lemon hand soap
And dish soap. The Associates at the store was very kind and helpful.
