Just placed our order but I know we will be happy since we currently have 8 year old la z boy couch that is in great shape. Jeff was a great salesman. He was accommodating and kind. And there was no pressure at all. Dina dis great with the home design. She worked around a floor sample that we fell in love with and came up with a design we loved. Can't wait for our new furniture.

I visited 3 furniture stores looking for a reclining sofa and nothing compared to Lazy Boy. The couches were so much more comfortable. Our salesman, Jeffrey Lanigan, was top notch! He gave us some helpful information, then let us shop. No pressure like the other places we visited. He checked on us occasionally to see if we had any questions and was able to quickly answer everything we asked. I can’t wait to get our sofa and want to thank Jeff for his excellent service!

Service at this store was excellent. We were greeted at the door and guided to the appropriate area of the store for our interest. The sales associate did not stand over us as we looked over the inventory and ideas. When we needed help, Kim, our salesperson, was very informed and helpful. We spent a little more than we expected but the quality is second to none.

Previous customer. Very pleased to see management finally decide to offer upgraded Foam Selection. You lost my sofa order 2 years ago because of lack of a high density foam choice for cushioning. Good marketing choice. We ordered all 3 upholstered pieces with up-graded foam. Would like to have seen a wider choice of muted colored plaid upholstery fabrics. P. Goodman

Benji was once again a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge is wonderful and she had us in and out of the store in less than an hour and we purchased a couch and 2 recliners! We purchased a couch and 2 recliners 3 years ago and love them so much we went back to purchase furniture for our 2nd home

Top notch! We went in to furnish our new house with an open concept. New to that type of living space. They had patience and guided us through displays on the floor based on our tastes. Then we were given the option of using a designer to lay out everything based on the true dimensions of the room! Awesome tool that really helped us make the right choices. Terrific selection of furniture and color options. Professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Chris was lovely. Give him a raise to make sure you retain him immediately. He answered all my questions, was super kind, and was very patient. The fact that he is still handling people so well after we've all been facing out own mortality for 4 years. GIVE. HIM. MORE. MONEY!!

Great service. We were out furniture shopping and had specific needs for a small recliner. We ended up at Lazy Boy after a day of unsatisfactory choices and salesman. Our hopes were not high at this point but our salesman was so nice and showed us so many choices. He got the sale.

Our experience at the La-Z-Boy store in Montgomeryville was outstanding. We found the actual chair we were looking for. The staff helped us choose the material with wearability that was important to us.

Amazing customer service! We picked furniture but wasn’t sure about fabric…they were very helpful and patient as I changed my mind a couple times. They worked with me to pick something that I’m excited about! Great shopping experience!!!

Noah our sales rep helped us narrow down the selections of what we wanted. Dina was absolutely fantastic, she came to our help and gave us ideas of what we could do in our living room. After we decided what we wanted to do, we made an appointment to met at he store. When we met at the store, we had some questions about the power recliners and the tempurpedic cushions We were able to try these options at the store so could make a informed decision. Once we decided, Dina processed all the paperwork. She also showed us how the furniture would look in our living room on the computer. Our thanks to Dina and the wonderful job she did for us. I am not sure we would have purchased from La-a-boy if it was not for her.

We recently purchased a rocker recliner from La-Z-Boy in Montgomeryville. Not only did they have an amazing selection of choices, but the sales associates were great to work with! As crowded as it was, the associates would check in with us and answer all our questions. Not pressuring us in any way.

We ordered our living room furniture from the Montgomeryville location and had a wonderful experience! Jeff was so helpful and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for in terms of look and comfort. If you are searching for new furniture, we would highly recommend! Lots of options to browse on the floor with many different fabric types and patterns. We are looking forward to receiving our new sectional, sofa and recliner!

My fiancé and I went to La-Z-Boy looking for a single person recliner. We didn’t expect we’d purchase an entire couch! The products were amazing and we just couldn’t decide. Their sales employee Evan helped us from the moment we walked in and again the day we returned to make our purchase. We didn’t feel any pressure from him during our time, but he was there to answer all of our questions. The payment process & scheduling the delivery was smooth. We are looking forward to receiving our couch next week!

Evan was an excellent service person. He spent quite a bit of time helping me choose a chair which would be comfortable for me. I am 75, 4Ft. 11 in, and have severe arthritis. He was so patient and guided me to try numerous different styles of chairs. I look forward to enjoying my new recliner when it arrives.

Love this Lay Z Boy location! Very clean, organized, beautiful display floor & a nice section just for recliners if that’s what you’re looking for! Customer service was superb. I want to say thank you to Jeff for helping me find my mom the perfect recliner to replace her old layzboy recliner. I am more than happy with my experience here! Thank you!

Overall my experience with LazyBoy was a positive one. The salesperson, Kim was extremely patient, as I am disabled and have severe pain issues, so it took me awhile to make up my mind. She answered my questions and was honest about issues that could arise, down the line, with some of the recliners. The delivery went smoothly. They arrived a little later than the original window given, but they put my old recliner on the curb, set up the new one, and made sure it worked properly before they left. So, all in all I am a satisfied customer. I have been using the recliner for a little while now. It is firmer than I remember it being in the store. I am using pillows to help with this, but I'm sure that over time it will soften up some, and even if it doesn't it's not a huge issue to use pillows. I had to do the same thing with the old recliner.

We are so happy with our purchase of our new La-Z-Boy recliner. Today’s delivery came promptly, and the two delivery specialists were knowledgeable, patient with questions, and pleasant to work with. We are so happy with our purchase. La-Z- boy is a good name in furniture, which is why we chose them over so many others.

Jeffrey provided enough attention without hovering. He allowed us to look through the store at our pace and checked in with us at appropriate times to answer questions

We were greeted promptly by Jeffrey. He showed us, my Sister, Mother and myself to the area we needed to go to after we explained our need to find our 90 year old Mother an electric recliner for her birthday! Jeffrey explained which chairs did what and that some chairs you can add or remove functions, fabric and color.
We found one that she was extremely comfortable in but she wasn't convinced because in "her day she could purchase a new car for that amount of money". We took her to Ashley's Furniture & Raymour & Flanigan and after seeing their electric recliners and prices she realized that Lazy Boy had a better selection and price! All 3 stores have beautiful furniture and we have previously purchased from all 3, however for the electric recliner she needs Lazy Boy is the best choice!
