This place is a hidden GEM !! like for real !! I’ve been at this location multiple times when I’m around town and never fails to disappoint.
People out of town should try out this establishment .

Went to Elis today for a cheesesteak and let me tell you! The best I've had in a long time. The owner was very friendly and had me in and out in only a few minutes. Hot and Fresh. Made to order. Let's Go!

My coworker and I come here at least once a week for lunch! Always consistently good! Hands down one of the best cheesesteak spots i’ve had. Side note, the fried pierogis are a hidden menu gem!

Just had the best American Hoagie and Homemade Perogies in the Valley. 😋 I asked for Extra Vinegar, Oil and Lettuce and it was just Perfect.👍So Fresh and so much Meat and the Rolls were Absolutely Amazing. Nothing here to Complain About. Love Eli's 🤗😋👍

Went for the first time yesterday… They did not disappoint. Service was kind and greeting and much appreciated… cheesesteak was the truth. I recently just moved out here and will be coming back on the regular.

Portion size is great. Sandwiches are full and loved the bread. Homemade chips and pierogis were on point. Very fresh, very good. The small subs run big compared to other sub shops.

This is a hidden sandwich shop gem in Bethlehem. Their sandwiches are flavorful, fresh and generous... the cashier is friendly beautiful and attentive. It is street parking.
I will return now that I discovered them.

Very delicious and good sized Hoagie and Cheesesteak.

I found this place by mistake, but it was a great mistake! The food was fantastic. I had a steak sandwich, boardwalk fries, and they made me a fresh cup of coffee!

Had a few hours to kill before my flight back to Utah. Eli is a super nice guy, it was my first Cheesesteak in PA ever. Great food. His marinara is killer, but the rolls he gets are even better.

I have been trying to get here for about a year and finally got the chance. Eli's is considered a top 5 steak in the LV by a lot of people I respect so I had to find out for myself. I have at least a very strong top 3 so there is room in that top 5, but it'll have to knock at least one more decent steak out.

The meat was seasoned well, the onions were cooked well and had the proper dice to them, and the roll was solid. The ability to get cooper sharp on a steak always makes the place an instant point higher or so in my opinion. Steak was a bit pricey but what isn't these days? I would definitely say this slides into the top 5 in the LV for me.

I've heard their other sandwiches are just as good so i'll need to go back soon, but Eli's - Didn't Suck!

Man I can always count on a delicious cheesesteak from Eli! I get a cheesesteak extra cheese, onions, pickles, cherry peppers. One of the best cheesesteaks in our area! Also great for deli sandwiches, the spicy Italian is on a whole different level, been ordering the spicy Italian for years! Please give this small business a try because you won’t be disappointed! Don’t forget some homemade chips!

This is a amazing place hands down. From the taste of the bread to the cheese and meat is absolutely delicious. Anytime I am around the area will be coming here for sure. 10/10

Little sandwich shop with big flavor. Had the BBQ bacon cheesesteak and it was excellent. Owner is behind the counter and very personable. It wasn't busy but we got there right before closing. He accommodated us eating in, even though we got close to when he wanted to lock up. Excellent experience and would eat there again!

Working in the area, heard about Eli's. Good call coming here for lunch. Got a cheesesteak and perogies. Straight murdered that cheesesteak, cheese, sauce and pickle. I normally don't do sauce but they make just right, very good. Homemade perogies, bangin! Will stop back for sure!

Hands down best cheese steaks around! I had the Eli's special and it was spicy enough to be tasty but no so hot you can't enjoy it. French fries were so good too! Awesome service! Worth the 45 min drive!

I have been all over this area looking for a good cheese steak. And I have found a few places that are ok. But this cheese steak is hands down the best I have ever eaten. Size , the flavor and the service was awesome. Delicious and I will definitely be back for more.
