Let me start with this ... Patricia DiLullo, the Interior Designer at the KOP location, is simply exceptional. Her thoughtful, purposeful questions led her to a design a complete home furnishing plan that exceeded our expectations. It was like she could read our minds ... she has a special gift to be able to envision our preferred style based on a brief conversation. We were overwhelmed by her creativity and expertise she put forth to furnish our dream home. Moreover, the quality and beautiful craftsmanship of Arhaus furniture is absolutely top notch! We were kept in the loop regarding delivery date expectations by the Arhaus team and when the furniture was delivered it was done so with the utmost care ... simply outstanding white glove service. Patricia was there on delivery day to do all measurements to ensure placement of each item was perfect. Patricia is so talented ... she's personable, professional and simply the best at what she does! Patricia and Arhaus are the ideal combination if you are furnishing one room or an entire home.

My wife and I are revamping our guest bedroom. She was looking for modern contemporary furniture with a neutral tone vibe. I was along representing the finance committee.
Great experience at Arhaus in King of Prussia. The selection was incredible with samples of the various pieces of furniture, fabrics and colors available. The store floor had multiple styles of bedroom furniture in a variety of design settings. Also, my wife was looking to create a sitting area in the bedroom. All of the Arhaus inventory was readily available on the floor including bedding, seating, lighting and side tables.
But the best part of the experience we had was with Austin, our sales person and Patricia the designer. Great personalities, inciteful comments on what looked good, what worked without pushing any agenda. Incredible how much they not only listened to the vision my wife expressed, but how totally involved they were in making her aware of the options and making her vision a reality.
We had purchased a piece from Arhaus before for our living room and am excited for the arrival of our new bedroom set.

I have purchased numerous pieces for various rooms in our home from Arhaus King of Prussia. I think the quality and style of the furniture in this store are both superb. The staff has been amazing in assisting us with selection and making sure we are completely satisfied with our purchases. I want to mention Dorothy, my salesperson and Veronica, the store manager. They have both been utterly fantastic and have gone above and beyond to make our experiences wonderful. Truly a great company, they are my first choice for home furnishing.

We recently moved into a new home and ordered living and dining room furnishings from Arhaus, KOP. The experience from start to finish has truly exceeded all of my expectations. I gave them my measurements and they designed my dream living room. I could never have picked pieces out on my own that would have fit so beautifully together. Everything we ordered came in in a timely fashion- everything! When I had questions they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ve been enjoying all of our furniture for several months now and are so impressed with the comfort and style of each piece. Through our move I’ve learned just how rare an experience like this is, so I had to write a review. Way to go, Arhaus!

This past year, I worked with Ellyn Van Evra at Arhaus KoP. I was originally looking for a sofa/trundle bed to put in my office. I ended up buying a new living room and family room as well. I love their furniture style, quality and functionality. I am thrilled with all of my choices.

Working with Ellyn was a joy. She has a great design sense, and understood my personal style. The total experience at the store and with the staff was a pleasure from start to finish.

I have shopped for a few items here. Ellyn is always helpful and listens to me, offer suggestions for my style. After looking at other places, this is the best quality furniture around. Solid wood! I recent bought a bed frame and mattresses. Super experience, no high pressured sales person. Delivery time was as stated. The delivery drivers were very respectful of my house, and set up the bed effortlessly, even giving me time to put the bed skirt on the box spring before they put the mattress on. The overall experience was very positive. If you are looking for furniture, definitely go to Arhaus! Ask for Ellyn. I will certainly be back!

We were so impressed with Arhaus KOP and our salesperson, Patricia. She helped lay out the floorplan for each room then walked us through why she chose specific pieces. She also asked for our feedback and didn't try to force us into furniture or accessories we didn't like. She truly did try to match each piece with our specific style.

Our furniture was delivered a few weeks ago and it has exceeded our expectations. Each piece fits perfectly in it's location and with all the other pieces. The layout is perfect as it's very functional and comfortable but also allows for easy foot traffic throughout.

We have already recommended Arhaus KOP and Patricia specifically to a number of people and will absolutely be calling her again when we finish our basement.

My husband & I are new homeowners, and are in the process of upgrading our furniture. After walking around multiple furniture stores in the mall to see what was "on the market," Arhaus was a standout. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff, who showcased various pieces of furniture and answered all of my questions. He even compiled a small portfolio with tearsheets, which none of the other stores offered to do. The pieces of furniture also felt sturdy, heavy, and had interesting details, like some of the locking mechanisms on the cabinets and consoles. Thank you, Arhaus and Jeff, for creating a no-pressure and personable experience! This new homeowner will certainly be back.

My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa here with Patricia's assistance. We couldn't be happier. Patricia took us all around the store showing us different couches when we had NO idea what we wanted. She even offered for us to send her a picture of the space as well as measurements to have some options picked out ahead of time (big help since we have 2 children and work a lot) Patricia answered all of our many questions and reviewed all the options and combinations that would work with our room. The couch itself is great. Fits perfectly, looks great, and is extremely comfortable! We had such a great experience we even went back with our rewards dollars and got an end table and light to complete our living room and love it. We will absolutely be back and working with Patricia

Appreciated the design aesthetic and selection. Store layout was helpful for visualizing and supporting materials for options were conveniently placed. The service from Jeff was the clincher. Highly recommend working with Jeff - no pressure, knowledgeable, and fun. Will be back in the future for sure.

My husband and I are looking for a new sectional, we went in and Lisa approached us and answered all of our questions with out being pushy. She allowed us to walk around and check everything out and then assisted us with our questions and pricing for other items. My husband is a salemen and appreciated all of that. We are going to check out one other option he liked online a little more. I liked the one Arhaus had to offer and hope we can give Lisa our business. Last, I’m so appreciative they didn’t question my husband about not wearing a mask.
