Honestly the brothers are so more welcoming everyone gives Salam. True brotherhood in there. Proud to be salaf may Allah bless all the brothers and sisters who go in there. Beautiful Muslims made me feel so welcome.

Masjid as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyah is at the forefront of rectifying and cultivating the community in Germantown and it’s surrounding areas upon Qur’an and Sunnah in accordance with the understanding and practices of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Came for the Winter conference. Everyone was so nice.a sister bought all my kids Philly ice and pretzels before we even got settled. Very welcoming. Lectures were very beneficial. Plenty of space. Felt like a second home.

You want to learn true Islam, this is the place

Great masjid and community center

The women were very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, organized and spacious to be a small building.
I loved the talk regarding the youth in Phila. being at risk due to the gun violence and parents being vigilant and diligent in educating their children and being involved. The talk also mentioned the lack of involvement of the fathers. Often men don't realize that just showing up can make a difference. What is often overlooked is the heartbreaking actions of the fathers which lead to the women not wanting them around. Our men are more fragile than we realize (either due to raising, society's treatment, low self esteem, lack of education or all of the above. We women have to try our best to forgive even if it is forgiving just enough to leave the door cracked for the children. On a personal note...my father was a womanizer and that's just the tip of the iceberg but my mom allowed me to grow up believing that he was her knight in shining armor who died(he actually did). The point, I didn't grow up with a mom who verbally beat my father over the head for his hurtful actions and I was allowed to grow up thinking the best of him. But then...would that have been the case if he lived?

The vending prices seem astronomical and I would like to know if the prices are regulated by the masjid.
I purchased what seemed to be banana pudding but it was cake(lacking moisture)with banana pudding included, with a strawberry for $10! It was not tasty and too expensive. I am a strong believer in the fact that you have to talk to the right folks, not about them, in order to make a positive change.
If you don't know...you can't move forward.

One of the 2 salafi masjid in Philadelphia the ummah/ community is rich with beneficial knowledge. Can be intimidating but these brothers have always been respectful and willing to help. They have regular classes and they stream and store the lectures online.

The mesjed is upon Quran and sunnah

There is no community in the United States of America that even comes close in comparison to what this beautiful Masjid has to offer! The people are welcoming and will embrace you with open arms and sincerity. They have daily classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners of the religion that is taught from orthodox Islam of the understanding of the pious predecessors! I loved more then a thousand miles from Las Vegas. I arrived two months ago not knowing anyone and they embraced me like a long lost brother. Anyone coming here will find a home where true Islam is taught and practiced in every way. They benefit the community and have other businesses open and are building more aswell. May Allah increase the community and it's people, Ameen!

This masjid I attend helps you with learning about our religion. The classes and lecture they have is good and keep us on point, so we don't fall off. Khubah as well.

Really good place. Everyone follow the Sunnah of our prophet. This is the perfect environment to grow your kids. Cause everything's they do they do it from the Quran and the Sunnah with the evidence from the Quran and Sunnah. Every year end of the December they have Islamic program which is really good and knowledgeable program. I recommend everyone should attend the program and learn some hadith's and knowledge to live your life base on Quran and Sunnah. Allahu Akbar

Alhamdullilah i love this masjid. in shaa Allah when i move it will be near this community. I love how its so active in the community. There is alwas multiple classes being thought to benifit the people for FREE. They are upon Salifiyyah Alhamdullilah. The newly renovated wudu and restroom are is very nice. It is very clean and they offer multiple levels for seating when it is alot of people for the lectures which are frequently and beneficial. they have a lower level just for women with children which i think is wonderful.it just a great place all around. May Allah be pleased with the administration and the people who attend for doing such a good job.

May Allaah bless this beautiful community. Good salafee classes & wonderful cooperation is all I have seen here during my visits. I was truly touched to see the children memorizing Quran & even the Laamiyyah Poem on creed.

Abdur Razaq gave a good-old fashion 2002-2003 Salafi Khutbah. ALLAAH continue to bless this community, their efforts and grant them success. They are a breath of fresh air. Walhamdulillaah.

This masjid is definitely upon the sunnah and the scholars of islaam in Saud Arabia know about this masjid and there is abundance of knowledge in this masjid its small but big in heart and love in this masjid.
