Staples is great for the printing and office supplies I need. I also use their document shredding, UPS drop off, and copying services.

Ordered an office chair from Amazon, but there was "an issue" with the order. Found a chair at a nearby Staples, and within the hour I had it home and assembled. The only thing easier was cancelling the Amazon order from the comfort of my new Staples' office chair.

I took my laptop here when it suddenly crashed. The gentlemen in the tech department were incredibly helpful. They quickly diagnosed my problem, ordered a new hard drive and restored my laptop. I thought I would be without my laptop for at least a week, but these guys called within a couple of days. My computer is running better than ever. Outstanding customer service!
