Great store that has lots of cool shoes and running apparel. What sets this store apart from online or any other store is the knowledge of the staff that works here, they can assess your walk and recommend shoes based on it, as well as measuring your feet and stuff like that.

I bought two pairs of shoes recommended by staff and they are by far the best shoes I have in my collection and the most comfortable for everyday use.

The shoes are pricey as two pairs ran me a bit over $320, but I checked online and for those exact shoes that was the going rate everywhere else. Would recommend.

Had a great experience there today with Jack! He was super helpful, as I had just recovered from an Achilles injury and he led me towards the right shoe for my needs! Perfect customer service.

My 90 year old father needed to be measured for sneakers. His feat met hurt and his doctor said his shoes were too small. I chose this store because they measure your feet. We got so much more. They did measure his feet and he went up a full size from what he thought he needed. They had a good selection of size 14 sneakers and the service was perfect. They treated him with respect and they were so patient. We will be back.

My surgeon just transitioned me from a cam boot to a sneaker. The staff at JRC could not have been more helpful. They brought me 3 different brands in my size and worked with me by asking specific questions that quickly got me into the right footwear. They also felt my excitement at progress made and shared it with me with their smiles and upbeat attitude, even though I moved slowly and with a limp and took extra time to get to the sale. I won't go anywhere else for my sports shoes!

Today I purchased a pair of New Balance running sneakers, new foam x. I was very impressed by how much knowledge the Sales associate named Malena had because I suffer from painful shin splints; she found me the perfect sneaker for road running. This is a great retail shop for all your running and athletic apparel needs. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in finding the perfect shoes both with comfort and price. Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up!

I was fitted for a shoe pretty quickly after they studied my walk and asked me some questions. Im in love with the shoe they recommended and they were extremely nice/helpful! Definitely recommend!

Best place for getting the right sneakers for your type of activities. You tell them what you are looking to do, they will look at the bottoms of your current footwear ask you to walk the length of the store in your socks and bring an array of sneakers from multiple brands and are patient with you while you are making a decision.
If you are patient as well, they can order you any sneaker you want.

I had a positive experience tonight at the Jenkintown Running Company. I am a novice runner and Mike helped me to the best shoes for me, very helpful without judgement. The selection was good and there were a few pair of running shoes for my needs. I will definitely be telling my friends about the professionalism and positive experience!

Great experience. Made an initial purchase that wound up causing me some foot pain. Brought them back two days later and the associate Michael spent ample time with me suggesting numerous other brands/models until I found the “best fit.” Highly recommended. Support small business!

Simply amazed by the customer service at this store. Mike was extremely helpful and provided A+ customer service. He provided my daughter and I with his undivided attention and made sure we both found sneakers/spikes that were supportive and perfect for her sport and my everyday running.

These guys are really friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff. Sized up my feet, checked my gait, suggested 4 sets of shoes to try, and I quickly found a pair that I really like.

Writing this review as I sit in the parking lot after my AWESOME experience with Drew. He listened, evaluated, gave me options, explained the difference between the sneakers. He had me in and out in 15 mins. From start to finish the team at this store, really had me smiling. They make this an experience, rather than a sale. Do not go to Foot Locker or Nike stores. They have all of those brands here, and then some, and they’re locally owned. Thank you guys so so much. I truly appreciate your help.

Had an excellent experience. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about the different shoe brands and infinitely patient while I tried on a half dozen pairs. He was committed to ensuring I had the best fit for my specific running style.

The store was clean and Mike talked about the sanitizing process they perform on the un-bought shoes, so I felt pretty safe there amid the covid precautions.

Went here for my cross country shoes. Very VERY helpful.
