I had a very good experience at Park Avenue Motor Cars. Al is the manager at this location and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I went in for an appraisal on my Mercedes C300 vehicle. Most locations simply just appraise the vehicle without giving any background information to the customer on how the number was generated. Not only did Al appraise the vehicle very fairly according to market value, he also went the extra mile to explain the breakdown of the key factors that were considered when appraising the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received at this location and will definitely continue business with them in the future as I select my next vehicle.

Top notch place to buy a vehicle, highly recommend. The manager there, Rick Cherry, treats you like family there and helps make the process not just easy but perfect. Everyone there is friendly and there to help as well. All around a great car buying experience!

Brought my car in today for a tire repair. Everything went smoothly. Everyone had on masks, and my car when returned was clean. Even in these challenging times, everyone was extremely friendly and as expected the customer service and repair was top notch.
