Ruby Cafe

After moving to Bethlehem, I felt like it was a mission to find a good quality Chinese take out spot. But Ruby Cafe has not disappointed. Hands down the cleanest and most delicious in Bethlehem. Tiny downside is that they don’t deliver but that’s ok the drive is always worth it.

Nice place for take out. Really good food for a great price, four meals for under $30.00.

Beef lo mein and boneless spare ribs with fried rice.

Kitchen is as sterile as an operating room. Food has more flavor than most Chinese restaurants. By far, the best Chinese takeout in Bethlehem.

This place is a hidden little gem! By far the best Chinese food that I've found! Very consistent as well! Portions are generous. The vegetables are always very fresh and our order is always accurate.

This is my usual neighborhood go to place for ordering for work lunches. Their large sharing portions are huge. I havent ordered a lunch special in a while but last time I remebered no issue. I usually place a big Teacher appreciation order annually and they have it ready for me the next day nice and hot a few minutes after they open at 11. We like the mei fun with shrimp, general tso and sesame chicken. Some of the chicken could be crispier sometimes but overall great neighborhood staple take out place. There is no eat in option, order at the door via baby moitor system lol. Nice enough people. parking lot is annoying

Ordered here for the first time tonight. This is our new go to place. The food is fantastic! So happy we tried it.

I love this restaurant. They are so nice, courteous, very well versed in customer service. Their dishes match their service.

The food is consistently good here. We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for over a year. The wait time is never more than 15 minutes. The food is always piping hot. They include silverware and are generous with the condiments. They are usually open when more restaurants are closed.

I ordered on a Sunday around 6:30 p.m.
You can place your order online & pay when you pick up. The online ordering is a HUGE plus in my eyes. It just makes everything so much easier.
When I went to pick up my order, it was already ready for me. I was greeted by two different employees. The lobby was very clean & the temperature was perfect. It didn't smell of heavy grease or anything actually. No need to worry about your clothes smelling after you leave.
Our order was 110% accurate. I haven't found a place that has GOOD crispy noodles, until I tried them from here. They weren't stale and were definitely crispy!
I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I just want to say they have excellent Mexican fajitas does Donna’s, my sister-in-law love the chicken Parm I had that last time I was there this is probably the fourth or fifth time I’m here I’ve never had a bad meal, keep up the good work!

The best food in the area. Taste better then any places around and better then Jersey food. Egg rolls always fresh, ribs on point.

Food- great !!! Fresh and well flavored
Service - excellent , i placed order on the phone and my order was repeated back to me slowly for efficiency . When i came to retrieve my food they had smiles and i felt very welcome.
Cleanliness- very clean restaurant. I even went to the lavatory to wash my hands and was impressed by its cleanliness, the bathroom was very sanitary ( big indicator of true cleanliness)
Price - my veggie fried rice and chicken wings were about $7 very fair

Have been a customer for years and I'm always pleased with this place. The staff are always friendly and the food has always been delicious. General Tso's chicken is great, as are the steamed and fried dumplings. The egg rolls are quite good too, as well as the pork fried and shrimp fried rice options.

Very impressed with Ruby Cafe! We got all our menu items vegetarian and they did not disappoint. The flavors were spot on and nothing was too salty or too sweet. We will be back. Highly recommend the imitation chicken.

Food tastes really fresh and great quality. Got the General Tsos and Beef lo mein which were huge portions. Definitely adding this place to my list of goto Chinese spots for dinner!

Food is always top notch 👌. The young women that runs it (I believe) always is friendly and cares that you enjoy your food. I ordered a dish that I was unfamiliar with when she questioned if I knew what I ordered she gave me that dish and what I thought it was going to be free of charge. Such a wonderful experience

Ruby Cafe is the best Chinese food restaurant in Bethlehem, PA. I have ordered from other Chinese food restaurants nearby and they all do not compare to Ruby. The food is flavorful, delicious and top notch. The staff is so polite and the restaurant is so clean on the inside. I ordered online for the first time and it was super quick and easy. This will forever be my favorite Chinese food restaurant in the Christmas City! Bravo, Ruby Cafe!

So good and friendly service always! Not your average Chinese takeout like it tastes so much healthier/lighter than most takeout. It’s never over cooked. My family go to!!
