Caruso's Ristorante Italiano

This is an awesome authentic Italian Restaurant. It may be an undiscovered hidden gem in a strip shopping center. The food and choices are wonderful. The atmosphere feels like you're in Italy. The service was very smooth and comfortable for our party of 10. The owner is so gracious and welcoming, like we are at his home. We eat at many restaurants, and none are like this. The fact that bread and salads are included is a thing of the past at most restaurants. I also must add that the included house salad plate and dressing was so delicious, fresh and a good portion.

I never leave reviews but I just had to because we just had my sister’s birthday dinner at Caruso’s and it was such a wonderful experience. The whole time we we were treated with such kindness and Italian hospitality. The atmosphere is so quaint and beautiful- it made me feel like we were in Italy! You can tell the owner is really proud of his restaurant. It was just two of them running the whole place and doing it well- you could tell they really appreciated our business. Such great service. This type of family restraint really deserves the business.

We got the fried calamari and it was the best I ever had. The calamari tasted like real calamari- each piece was actually full of calamari and not chewy at all. I got the lobster ravioli and you could really taste the lobster! Everything was truly delicious. I could not recommend this restaurant enough!

It's not a typical strip mall restaurant. We decided last minute to go here and were pleasantly surprised. Arrived just after opening and initially felt under dressed, but after the owner greeted us, we quickly forgot our discomfort as we took in the nicely decorated room and tables. The menu has plenty of options, including a list of specials plus a few items he mentioned that weren't listed but may have been because it was the Friday after Valentine's Day. We opted for the Veal Parm. My husband got the Clams Casino appetizer, which he said was the best he's ever had. The salad with house dressing was packed with veggies along with the lettuce, and the house dressing was definitely not from a bottle. My barley soup was flavorful as was everything we had. The large piece of veal was sliced thin, which may have made it not as tender as it could have been, but I still enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the seasoned mixed veggies I chose instead of the pasta. The tiramisu is a cake version but very good. That and the chocolate cake do have a liquor flavor added to them, which is strong but not overpowering to me, but may be for some. We will definitely return to try something new.

Great food and service! My husband and I had date night and we opted to try something new. ITS BYOB! Staff is very friendly. My husband is not a fan of pasta but he loved it! Will come back for more date night time 🥰

What a really nice place. The food is freshly made by the owner himself. He took our order to make sure everything would be just right. If he has the ingredients he'll make you anything. Great experience. BYOB! I'll definitely be returning.

We had New Year's Eve dinner here and the food was fabulous. I had the veal francese with shrimp and my wife had the chicken francese and they held the shrimp from her meal due to allergies. The salad was delicious, the bread was very fresh and we really enjoyed the dinner. This is a small atmosphere restaurant that is well kept and the service was great!

Went tonight for the first time to celebrate our anniversary after passing the place a million times. I was pleasantly surprised that the inside is much nicer than I anticipated as the location is in a little local strip mall. It’s small and quaint but clean and not crowded. Even the bathrooms were very clean. Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. We had calamari and clams casino for appetizers that were wonderful. The veal parmigiana was the best I’ve ever had and my husband had a veal special that was very tasty as well. For dessert was tiramisu and a chocolate mousse cake that was heavenly. All of it was homemade and fresh. What was even more amazing was that our meal was that good with the only 3 staff members! The owner was the chef/waiter/cashier and bus boy and still delivered an exceptional meal. Yes, we waited patiently as we are well aware of how hard it is to find any help these days, and it was very well worth the wait! Cannot wait to go back!

Super-cozy little restaurant! We went on Saturday evening, the place was absolutely full, but, despite that, the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and proffessional. Will definitely come again, and recommend to everyone.
On a side note, if you want to find a table here on a weekend evening, consider calling ahead, for a reservation, like we did. Otherwise, you are risking striking out, as the place is not that large.

Had dinner there for the first time last night. This is a great family owned Italian restaurant. The owner was welcoming and made us feel like we knew him forever. He provided us with the specials for the evening. Nice sized portions beautifully presented.
Everything is home-made, even the salad dressing!
The desserts which are also homemade are so good!
They take pride in what they bring to your table.
I will definitely be returning!

Excellent! The owner and staff were so gracious and attentive. Beautifully prepared table. It was like having dinner with family! All of the food was delicious with generous portions. Can't wait to go back!

Georgio was amazing, warm and welcoming. The chicken marcela, chicken picante and chicken parmesan was all so delicious!
Our desserts cheesecake and taramasu were wonderful!
So happy to return after covid, look forward to being a regular customer now and the future !

This is a hidden gem in the Harboro/Warminster PA area. I was first introduced to this restaurant when I attended a baby shower which was held there. As you walk in the atmosphere is small and elegant. The owner, Georgio was there from the moment the shower started until it was over. He is very gracious and helpful. The food was excellent. We went there again for dinner last night and he not only remembered us but went out of his way to make sure our evening was the BEST! Everything served is made to order from the appetizer, the entree and the dessert. If you are looking for a special night out make sure to give this place a try. You won't regret it!

Hands down the best gnocchi I have ever had! They were very light and fluffy with a nice light refreshing sauce. The owner is a great gentleman who is very authentic and passionate about his food and ensuring his customers are happy.

My family and I went to Caruso's for the first time today. The food was delicious! I had the lobster ravioli and the mango cheesecake for dessert and would highly recommend both. You could tell everything was fresh and made from scratch. The owners were friendly, attentive and made everyone feel at home. I even loved the decor . The food is impeccable! The owner could not be any nicer, and the bus boy was very attentive and friendly - a meal there is like having a family dinner but without the drama.

Visited for the first time. Met the owner who personally took great care of us. The meals from appetizers, main courses and deserts were exceptionally delicious! Nicely paced and not rushed. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Caruso's has been our favorite go-to place for fresh, authentic Italian cuisine since the late 1990's. Giorgio, the owner, is always welcoming and pleasant. He treats us like family. And it's BYOB!

Great little spot! Giorgio was very attentive and took great care of us! Great food priced right! Looking forward to coming back and sampling more of the menu!
