We purchased a dog bed and some apparel today at Orvis Plymouth meeting and had a great experience with the entire staff. Cliff our sales person was very helpful. It’s nice to see that Orvis values their customers.

Excellent customer service ensuring that one receives the right style and size of their high quality merchandise. The salespeople are personable and courteous, not only cashiers. The prices are moderate and very reasonable, especially if you sign up and receive coupons.

I do a lot of fishing, mainly salt water. I buy Orvis because they offer high quality products. I do not have time to be replacing equipment often. I love their customer service and warranties they offer. Today honestly exceeded my expectations. I brought in my pair of waders which had a small tear. They swapped them out on the spot and now I’m back in the surf chasing the striper run.

I was attempting to buy my merchandise online for a safari in Africa, but it wouldn't have arrived in time so I called the Plymouth Meeting store. I got helpful input from Scott over the phone, but then when I went into the store, the sun hat I wanted to buy was too small and Matthew suggested a man's hat, which fit, but seemed too heavy. When I told him I was going to Africa, he found the perfect lightweight hat, which also fit perfectly.
Then I fell in love with a pair of Smith sunglasses which were way out of my price range - and this time Dale came to my rescue and gave me a 20% first time buyer discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the merchandise, or the service received from the knowledgeable personnel.

Nice store for some odds and ends. Depending on the day you'll know ten times more then their "fishing pro" though. Flies are over priced but it's orvis so it's expected. Very friendly staff though always willing to chat and do their best.

Everyone that works here is always a great help when talking fly fishing. From equipment to fishing locations. They teach classes in the spring to help people new to fly fishing. Whenever i have a change I head over to talk fishing or get some quality Orvis gear.
