Pho Mai Vietnamese Cuisine

Tried this place for the first time today with my parents. It’s very clean, nice, and cute! We ordered an appetizer of crispy spring rolls and they were made beautifully. Absolutely delicious. I got the pho with well-done brisket and it was a decently sized bowl filled with soup filled with rice noodles and the whole nine yards. The service was also great. Would recommend trying it out!

Ingredients are fresh and place is nice and clean. I order the Pho Deluxe usually and it has been one of the best I’ve ever had. They are new so there are a few hiccups in service but I’ve noticed each time I order it got better. It’s a new business that understandable. The last was great, Irving missing and the food was hot when I got it home.

Mary and her team at Pho Mai are amazing. If you have not tried Pho Mai you need to right away! The Shrimp Pho is my favorite, a delicious blend of savory and spicy. My wife loves the brisket variation. Great experience every time!

I had the Pho deluxe, and it was delicious. I went with a few friends and we could talk and hear each other. Nice atmosphere and good service, clean environment. The Pho broth was rich and seasoned. Me and my friends tried the iced coffee which was also delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

We got take out from Pho Mai for dinner back in February and were very pleased! Good portions, quality food and authentic Vietnamese taste! They have a good variety of classic dishes that are simple, flavorful and healthy. I was in Vietnam for a visit in 2019 and am so pleased that now Collegeville has a great place to enjoy the delicious cuisine from a beautiful country :) I highly recommend it!

Pho Mai has surpassed any expectations I had. The pho is SO good. The ingredients are very fresh and the broth has such a depth of flavor. I’m in love.

Tried this new restaurant the other night for dinner. The owner was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to help us decide what to order. We ordered the Pho I had chicken my husband had beef they were both excellent. I would definitely not hesitate to go here again.

Wonderful food. Love the fact no MSG is added. Ordered the Pho with shrimp and it was awesome (large tender shrimps). Met the owner and she was very gracious and warm. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family! So good!! 😀

I've been dying for a good Pho spot around here - it finally happened! My husband and I went in for a late lunch yesterday. It was pretty busy for being an off time. The decor is modern and clean and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. We started with the Chicken Goi Cuon Summer Rolls. They were fresh and tasty and accompanied with homemade peanut sauce. I got the Pho Tom. There were a generous amount of fresh shrimp. My husband got the Pho Bo Tai. He said the steak was very tender and tasted of a better quality than most. The broth was full of flavor! Great little spot in Collegeville. We cannot wait to go back.

We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and they have never disappointed! The ingredients are always fresh and the broth is delicious. They serve portions in abundance as well. So happy that this authentic Vietnamese cuisine in here.

Great owner! Hospitality is next level. Came inside with 5 mins before closing to order some pho..after the owner saw that us four students that attend a college locally we’re going to eat outside in the cold for a quick meal she set up a table and had us sit down to enjoy our meal past closing time. The food was great and the portions were generous! She also gave us beverages to enjoy. During a time filled with covid and tension...this was truly something wonderful. Definitely will be back again!

If you're looking for authentic vietnamese Pho you have to try Pho Mai in Collegeville! The owner Mary doesn't use any msg or artificial flavoring, all of her food is freshly prepared by her staff at the restaurant. My personal favorites are the tofu spring rolls and steak pho. If you're feeling under the weather try the chicken pho!
Unfortunately, when Mary first opened one of her servers stole hundreds of dollars from the register! Mary had to fire her, she now has an amazing team working for her and the service is better than ever! We've been eating here weekly since she opened

Great experience here. Mary is an energetic and talented chef preparing good Vietnamese food that is accessible to Americans but true to Vietnamese preparation. Lots of options authentic viet food, as well as the solid standards American options. So thankful that their pho broth is flavorful and not too salty (as many viet restaurants prepare it). Hands down best Vietnamese restaurant outside of Philly! Planning to come back many times! Looking forward to online ordering coming available soon too!

The Pho was absolutely delicious! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They wanted to make my meal as great as possible, and helped us wrap up things to go. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Mary Alice is always so nice when she answers the phone. It’s easy to order and always ready to pick up quickly. The pho is INCREDIBLE. Everything is so fresh and the broth is perfect. When we moved here we said the only thing missing is a good pho place... we are so happy now. Definitely try this restaurant!

Amazing food and hospitality! If you're a coffee drinker try the vietnamese coffee. I'd never had pho before and was not disappointed. I was greeted and treated like family, Mary is a sweetheart!
