I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. The coverage information from the company and my insurance was accurate and explained well. The entire process for getting my CPAP machine and supplies was streamlined and convenient.

I came an hour early and they didn’t even make me wait. I thought they explained everything great and even made sure I pulled the parts out and put them back in myself. They did a slide show presentation and didn’t rush me and went through everything with me. The map shows it being in the wrong spot it’s not behind the building it’s on the end of the building in the front. It’s confusing when maps is telling you to go the wrong way.

The lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all are questions. Needs a better sign on door to let people know which door it is. Nice place and clean.

Had an appointment at this specific location to pick up a CPAP machine/be fitted for a mask, and be trained on it's use. Gloria, the instructor was great in explaining anything, but due to time constraints it did feel the tiniest bit rushed.

Corporately, I found their customer service to be helpful in the single time I called, but you are routed to a national number and large phone menu system.

Update...I received a phone call from the delivery manager and he address all my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. They are working through some technology issues and are updating their systems to provide better customer communication.

This company is the worst. Most of their CSR are rude, the delivery protocol is ridiculous. The 6 hours delivery window is absurd. IF they miss your delivery they don't come back or call again to deliver, but they tell you the driver is not done for the day until all his deliveries are made. I will be call Medicare to register a complaint and let my doctors office know what happened.

They sent me a used CPAP machine to replace my broken one and billed my insurance for a new machine. Sketchy. And then they said they would call me to rectify the situation and never followed through. If you order medical equipment through this company, make sure you check that they sent you new equipment. The "new" CPAP machine i received had 1900 hours of use recorded. Shame on Montgomery Medical Equipment. I'm sure my insurance company will be interested to hear about this, as will the state attorney general's office.

I would have given 0 stars if I could.
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. You can not get them on the phone AT ALL. I was told my supplies would be sent automatically. This was incorrect. This company is full of misinformation. Avoid this company at all costs!

Adapt health aka Montgomery medical DME is the worse to deal with . They are rude and even the us justice dept got them for millions in fraud using Medicare and Medicaid false claims . This company needs to be shut down

I would give - stars if google would let me. I called 4 times (every week) in the month of April for them to come and pickup my wife's wheelchair rental. On 5/5, I finally returned it myself to Montgomery Medical (who were not nice at all to say the least.
Must be a company standard) when I found a local office close by. They never made note on the account that the chair was returned, so Adapt Billing was harassing us about payment. I finally had to go back to Montgomery Medical to straighten things out. Now billing won't drop the charges for the the month of April even through I told them I had to call 4 times with no resolution. STAY AWAY from Adapt Health and any company associated with them!!! There are plenty of other good DME companies out there. They should be reported to the BBB (which might be my next call!).

Supplied the walker ordered at hospital discharge, which the hospital said would be delivered the next day, a full 72 hours after I came home. It wasn't delivered, but rather was sent by UPS! What was I supposed to do for 3 days without it??
Billing is a "black box". I was sent a bill, without an accounting of what my insurance had paid. When I inquired, I was told this was an "estimated bill" because they hadn't received payment from my insurers yet. What???

Do NOT pay them anything until you are ABSOLUTELY positive that your insurance will not pay them. They would not deliver my oxygen converter system without me paying them over $100 They will stated that I had not met a deductible and I had to pay. Turns out I paid and so did my insurance .I had to call them a month after I received my order to tell them that they owed me a refund. It's September I still no refund and I should get it the week of September 19. Just not acceptable a d totally unbelievable. Wish I could change company.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The person never fit me for my medical equipment. I had to pay another company to fit me. Kept calling me trying to sell me additional consumables. Then would send me product I didn't order and charged my card.

Would have given no stars if possible. I have received nothing but lies from this company. When I called to order supplies I was told: "your charge is $30 and if it is more then we will call you." I then received a bill for $216.30! I called again, waited 30 minutes and discussed my situation telling them how I was told they'd call if it was more than $30 and where did they come up with the $216.30 amount. Then only after the person on the phone reviewed my EoB's insurance company did she say, "Oh, your patient balance should be $126.30." Still not the $30 I expected and why was it only when I called that they realized what I should have been charged? I think they lied to me originally just to have me order my supplies, and then they back peddled. Even after speaking with a requested supervisor they back peddled. They tried to refuse my withdrawal from auto-pay claiming my device was still a rental. Only when I gave them the date of my contract did they review and say, 'Oh yes, you are right, it is no longer a rental.' Then they tried to get two more months rental from me saying August & September weren't paid. I had to remind the idiot that I was on autopay and that couldn't be possible. When he checked, he said, "Oh yes, you are right." So done with this company!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick which company I went to for my machine. I told this is where I had to go by my doctor. If you can go somewhere else, RUN!!! I was told my machine would be $168 at the time of pick up with a monthly rental of $11 each month after that. The first 2 months, no problem. Then all the sudden I'm charged $268 on my card that is set up for auto pay due to the monthly rental. I called and the useless person that answered my phones just kept repeating herself saying that it was for "equipment shipped and rental fees". I haven't been sent anything since I picked up the machine in December. I requested an itemed listing of all the charges to date and she couldn't provide it. I received NO resolution on this and at this point, I'm just going to the BBB. I'm not playing games with these people!

If I could go lower I would.How do you get to speak to a person, there isn’t a phone number to call the Huntingdon Valley Office Directly. To get an appointment you have to call leave a message and hope they call you back. Adapt Health the parent company is horrible to deal with

The only difference between this place and big tent circuses is that the big tent circuses don't allow elephants. It's as though a little car pulled up and clowns kept getting out. An incompetency course is required to work here. Good luck if you use this company.

Drives very wreckless and Almost causes crashed on rt 13 pa by running a stop sign with incoming traffic very close
I know y'all need driver's right now but do you really have to hire folk without their license!?

Lied about me being 100% covered and then charged me 4 weeks later. When I looked it up online many customers said this is just their regular business model. This company needs to be investigated for fraud.
